Great service, super quick, super efficient and super competitve

The gentleman came round on time, he was very polite and answered all my questions, he didnt mind my dog making a fuss of him either. I received the report the next day via email which was quicker than I thought. Great service all round. Very easy to book, pay and receive the report. I would definitely recommend their services.

I booked a level 3 property buyers survey. It was easy to book, the report I received was thorough and clear. The company offered me a callback with the surveyor and I found that really helpful in clarifying questions I had about the survey findings.

Surveyor was on end of phone and answered my queries openly and honestly. The survey was really good and in depth

Went with Joe Fraser for a survery on buying my first house and very glad I did. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly over the phone at booking. Was all very quick, the survey was carried out 3 days after payment, and I receieved the report 6 days after that. The report itself was a very good standard, everything seperated into logical sections and it was all informative and easy to understand.

Overall a great experience that I can recommend, and if I were to need another survery I'd go with Joe Fraser again.

They did a house survey for me and I'm happy with the report that followed , they are also on hand to answer any questions to do with my report . All in all I'm totally happy with the service I've received and would recommend them .

Kept in touch though the whole proceedings. Contacted when there was a problem with the date. None fault of theirs. Report received within 5 working days. Overall very happy would use again and recommend.

I found this company in a list on the RICS website and they seemed to have a good body of positive feedback. My own experience then reflected that feedback. They were able to accommodate me within a few days (good, because I'd left it late). The surveyor turned up on time on the day agreed, was polite and courteous during the inspection, and explained what would happen going forward. The resulting report was thorough and well-illustrated. I would have no reason not to use Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors again in future if needed.
