Clear to understand
It was a clear largely well presented survey. He did not over claim his understanding but advised expert advise and highlighted a problem that eventually made me pull out of the sale.

Excellent service from Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors, i recently used them to retrieve a house valuation for a Help To Buy equity loan, the service offered was quick, professional and fair. The firm are approachable and friendly and i would highly recommend them to anyone. The valuation itself came back very quick and it was to high standard and in the format that Homes England required. Thanks so much for providing such a refreshing service.
