Big shout out to Lawn Technician "Sam"
I am extremely happy with my new lawn technician "Sam" from Joe's Lawn Care. I have been with this lawn care provider since 2021 but issues started about 14 months ago and I was left with a very unsightly deteriorating lawn. Thank goodness that I have a new lawn technician. "Sam" is now carrying out my lawn treatments. He is extremely thorough and takes great care and pride in his work. After just 2 visits he has been able to bring my lawn back to much better health. (Some weeks ago Raul from the Restoration Team carried out another scarification as well as over-seeding which gave Sam a good starting point). Well done to Raul too.

A visit by three professionals
Adam and Tom recently scarified/aeriated my lawn followed by Phil who came to surface clean my patio and driveway. The approach by all three was knowledgeable and professional carrying out their respective roles with care and consideration. A mysterious bill??
I called their office yesterday (April 28th) ar 14.00 about a mysterious bill I received for £128.70
The lady in accounts wasn't available to speak to after 14.00 and was told I'll get a call back sometime the next day. So as I was still waiting at 13.30 the following day (29th) I decided to call incase she went home again at 14.00.
I then got to speak to what seemed to be the accounts lady only to be told that the bill was for the extra work that I didn't specifically ask for and that it was a continuation of treatment and with no discount as I hadn't ask for a particular program.
Apparently this was because I hadn't informed anyone at their office that I didn't want to continue treatment.
But what I did do was inform their technician when he came out on April 10th do my last treatment of my one year program, that I no longer wish to continue with anymore treatment. Now, I'm sure he said he would let the office know and he did entered something on his tablet. I also question him on some further treatment that I was down for on the 23rd but he wasn't sure why that was. So I was baffled as to why I still got the treatment.
Yes granted perhaps I should have notified their office personally and if I had been aware of that clearly in the first place then I wouldn't be writing this review. So, as I was on the back foot with this one i had no choice but to pay, reluctantly. The lady on the phone was claiming that it was my responsibility to be aware of all of my email notifications and responsible for letting them know that I didn't want any further treatment after my initial one year program.
I think it is very deceiving of them to not fore warn you of this matter.
I will NOT be using them again!!

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, and we appreciate you taking the time to explain your perspective.
At the start of your journey with us, Mark thoroughly explained in person what your plan included.
As you pointed out, you also did receive emails two weeks, and one week, ahead of time that informed you of the date we were coming, and the treatments that were due to be carried out. We did need to be told that you wished to cancel before these services were carried out.
We always strive to communicate clearly, which is why we send these emails and list our terms for cancellation in our terms and conditions that were initially sent. We're sorry to hear you feel that we have not communicated clearly in this instance.
We can see that on April 10th, Mark did make a note that you were considering going along the DIY Route at the end of the programme. As we never had record of a direct cancellation (only that it was being considered) this is why the service continued.
If you're open to it, we'd really appreciate the chance to speak further and hopefully resolve this. Our Operations Manager has been notified, and will endeavour to speak with you either on the 2nd or after the Bank Holiday weekend.
