Great experience with JOGA STARZ
Great experience with JOGA STARZ. The customer service was really helpful, they informed me initially that there was a delay and then when I got in touch about my delivery they reassured me until my parcel arrived. Everything arrived safely and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Lovely company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.

I am still waiting to receive my order…
I am still waiting to receive my order placed on the 1st September and when chased I have received very little communication from the company to advise why my order is delayed or lost. I have asked for a refund but this has been ignored so far

Amazing Shin Pads
My son loves his new shin pads! He feels more confident playing soccer. Tried many other brands but these are his favorite!

Very long waiting time for delivery i ordered on 13th September and its now 23rd September and still no delivery and was promised a guaranteed delivery by 6 to 9 days. I can only comment on the product that's if I receive it, I will never order from here again!!

Not helpful, bad customer service, takes a long time to reply to emails, not easy to get a refund they want you to keep item that is not wanted for half a refund

Absolutely love these products. The shin pads are comfortable and don’t move around and no worry that they will fall out. The non grip socks are a game changer and my son is said he feels more secure in his boots. Will definitely purchase more in the future 🌟

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles, keep getting emails saying ‘we are delayed’ etc paid £4.99 delivery and have asked for this back as it’s now been 9 days and I’m still getting delayed emails. Not too much to ask for the delivery fee back? Won’t get a clear answer from anyone on customer service.

The £4.99 delivery charge should absolutely be refunded if it was delayed this long, that is a fair ask.
