I DO NOT recommend working for Tutor ABC as a teacher. This company treats its teachers like disposable commodity. Policies regularly change with very short or little notice and communication from management is terrible. I worked for this company for almost 3 years and witnessed 2 widespread pay cuts and many incidences of teachers being treated unfairly. With Tutor ABC, you never feel like your job is secure and you can't even be sure that you'll get paid on-time and the amount that you expect to get. They will short-change teachers at every opportunity. For me, forcing teachers to work without a contract for 5 months and then being handed a back-dated contract with a pay cut was the final straw.

This is a job fully paid by your sales, so you must have a strong heart and perseverance when you are a newbie. You start everything from 0, so you must have enough passion to stay to the last, but the longer you stay the stronger you will be.

I have been the teachers for 3 years and I like the new management team now. They’re willing to communicate with us and provide good resource and environment for teachers!

This company is making the same mistakes as ITutorGroup, they're firing teachers that were loyal to them for so many years, they keep threatening teachers with suspending or deleting their accounts if they don't follow ridiculous standards, they treat students like clients and sell them the idea that learning requires no effort, they just want to make them "happy". This company has destroyed the lives of so many teachers that trust them and contribute to them for so many years, they just want to maximize earnings, they have no humanity, they don't answer emails, they don't encourage teachers, they don't give opportunities. They continue doing what ITutorGroup did worst and is treating their workers like garbage. What a disgrace of a company.

Their management is constantly trying to improve working conditions for their tutors. The pay is quite reasonable. Very flexible schedule. Easy lesson cancellations in case something comes up. Lesson plans come prepared.

Working with TutorABC is a wonderful experience!

Great company, flexibility on hours. Pay on time. The only bad thing is that classes are scheduled by robot or by students that follow you, which is bad because sometimes we have little classes.

TUTOR ABC has been a great extra income for our family. They are making very good changes in the classes we teach and are supportive of their teachers. Your schedule can be VERY flexible and you have wonderful students (adults and children) that eager to learn English.

This company is a phenomenal place where I started to enjoy every aspect of life , name it , teaching and learning at the same time are just but the best experiences I embrace everyday. More so , the trainings provided , the help from different departments and of course the outstanding reputation of this company are also the best things I am proud of and enjoying. From the time I start teaching everyday till the last second I spend with my lovely students , always makes me want to start a new day with them. TutorABC promotes a better working environment and fun atmosphere. Needless to say... but I Love this company so much. :)

I like all of the changes in the last few months.

The new management seems to be working hard to improve things. There is a good number of lessons for teachers to earn a decent income. Most students are motivated and well-behaved. The schedule is very flexible, which is important. I have been around for 5 and a half years, and I have delivered almost 8.000 lessons. I am sure that, once things settle, my loyalty will be rewarded with a higher base rate.

I'm working for TutorABC for 3 years now and I can only say good things about the company. Staff is friendly and quick to respond. Booking is at 80% average, busier on weekends though. TutorABC team is constantly improving the platform and it is definitely a great company to work for if you want to teach English online.

You can pick the time you want to work and work up to twenty-four hours a day. I enjoy teaching students. You get to teach both younger students to adults. There are twenty-five and forty-five-minute classes which you will teach.

Are you a social teacher who prefers to be his or her own boss? Do you enjoy actually TEACHING rather than administrating, disciplining or trying to stay under the radar with all the politicking that happens in the staffroom? If you are a social, creative teacher who enjoys people from different cultures and backgrounds, you will LOVE TutorABC. You get to teach when you want to.
