I signed up yesterday, paid our annual plan $ and am the Account Owner. I sign in and it is only allowing me in as a user not as the Account Owner. I AM NOT able to set up my account!! AND YOUR CUS... Voir plus

If you need payroll, you need Homebase. EXCELLENT customer service and their chat/help bot is THE BEST I have ever used. Somuch better than our previous company. So glad we switched!

We’ve been using Homebase for our business, and unfortunately we’ve experienced serious issues that have not been resolved. The most concerning problem has been unauthorized withdrawals from our account, followed by long delays and a lack of clear communication when trying to get answers.

Cases remain open for extended periods with no updates, and we’ve had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. For a platform that handles payroll and sensitive financial data, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable.

We hope Homebase takes these concerns seriously and improves their security, transparency, and support response times. Businesses rely on accurate, trustworthy financial handling, and these issues have caused unnecessary stress and disruption.

The only reason I am giving a one star…I wanted to give a negative 10

The only reason I am giving a one star is you would not let me give 0 stars.......THIS WAS THE WORST ...."WORST EXPERIENCE " i HAVE EVERY HAD WITH A COMPANY AND THEIR SUPPORT !!! I am an engineer with 45 years of experience and NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH HORRIBLE WAYS OF LOCKING YOU IN !!!! WORST YET TRYING TO GET IT TO DELETE !!!!!!!

Horrible company to try and end a…

Horrible company to try and end a relationship with. After terminating our agreement, they continued to charge my credit card every month. I would call my cc company and they would credit the charge back, but after 4 months of doing that the only way I was able to stop the charges was to close down my credit card. Very disappointed in Homebase

Big fan of the payroll feature

As a small biz, Homebase has been great helping me save quite a bit of time and cost managing my employees. Big fan of the payroll feature as I find that to be the most tedious and they've done a great job building that. Quick to answer support as well which is always a plus.

Love HB, not the add ons....

I love homebase, but I don't like all the upgrades required to customize my schedule. For example, if I want to organize schedule by department, I have to pay $70/month. Seems outragous....

Poor Support…

I cannot seem to get help from the automated chat and no one ever seems to call back. It is very frustrating for your clients! We hve no other recourse but to be in the hands of your AI service!

Has made my job with scheduling so much…

Has made my job with scheduling so much easier. I am able to track my labor which is a great asset. Employees are able to see their schedule, work hours and schedule off which eliminates the questions.

The messaging app is very bad should…

The messaging app is very bad should work like slack or google chat but it’s very glitchy. Also IPad app for time clock always glitches has to be force closed and restarted to work. Creates list of timesheet errors

Navigating and Notifications

Our employees can navigate and clock in and out just fine, however we have multiple departments and the notifications from all departments go to everyone. We've reached out before (via email because there isn't a # to call) but did not get a straight answer.

Customer Support was great

The AI support has been actually good for general questions. The human support has been phenomenal. There are some features however that I wish we could have -like separate schedules by department instead of all one schedule that includes both paid staff and volunteers.
