Joneex Avis 42

Ordered dress from Joneex. Had correspondence from Coleex and payment was taken from Qooney.
When it arrived dress was huge not the medium I ordered also had a stain on front of it. No info about returns. Phone numbers non existent and no reply from emails.
Complete scam company. Contacted my bank about raising a dispute with them.
Wish I'd read these reviews first.

These are the paintshop pro of labelled clothing.

Go to a Linsiwo website and you'll see a standard green sweater with half zip that is identical to Joneex's "Ralph Lauren" one.

SCAM DO NOT BUY! I've recieved nothing for 3 weeks and no responses

the goods supplied weren't as described, customer services keep fobbing me off for weeks saying they are looking into the order. Now not getting any responses at all.
Do not waste your time and money on this company

These are scammers. You will pay and not receive anything.

Like wise dont buy off them ive sent 6 emails they say they will respond within 24 hours they never do phone number doesn't exist they too £66 of me waiting 11 days nothing name they used to take my money wasn't there name refered to as a gardening supply's DONT BUY FROM THEM ITS A CON

Fake ralph lauren and contacts don't work to send back.

shocking service, been told 5 times goods out for delivery, still not received 3 weeks later just lies after lies ! can’t telephone them , phone number doesn’t work

DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this company.
They took £70+ off me and delivered absolutely nothing. Their contact customer service email address just bounces back. I’d wish I’d seen their customer reviews before I threw my money away!
There is light at the end of the tunnel for me though, as I paid via Amex I will get my money refunded.
Please be warned…..do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Do not buy from this company.
Firstly I had to email them twice asking why it had not arrived and had no tracking availability.
Then when it did arrive it was not the same item displayed on the website... I thought it was a Ralph Lauren jumper because it was a picture of a RL and it had Ralph Lauren displayed in the image. The polo player on horse stitching was purely a copy.
Bearing in mind it wasn't cheap so I thought it wasn't a copy.
Do not buy from these

Absolute joke of a company!!! Coat arrived looking like a bin bag, not reversible, pockets sewn on at different heights and hem uneven with lose stitching!

Offered a partial refund and return to China at my own cost! Have reported to my bank!

What can I say that hasn't been said already. Such a shame they are dishonest people out there ripping off people who've worked hard for thier money. Recieved three cheap counterfeit items. I'll be contacting my bank for a charge back as no refund issued.

I am still waiting for my goods after 3 weeks. I have asked for refund and cancellation of non existent goods but instead I get ai generated waffle. Wish I'd had the sense to read reviews before wasting my money. Strongly suggest you stay away from them. Especially if you're looking to buy something you actually NEED. Absolute waste of time and money

Joneex are the same company as Arkes London. We're currently in dispute with Arkes London as sent cheap poorly made micro fibre goods instead of the nice knitted items as shown on their website. The lsitings are the same on Arkes and Joneex. Do a comparison if you have any doubts.

The same items we purchased are here on Joneex. Avoid - avoid - avoid.

They will send out rags screwed up in plastic bags. You'll laugh when you receive them as they're just like duster material.

You'll ask for a refund and they will offer either a free replacement, post back at your cost and they'll deduct a 30% restock charge. Offer a 100% store credit voucher. Why would anyone want to do that having received such poor quality items in the first place.

ADVISABLE NOT BUY FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.

Absolutely terrible experience. Extremely long delivery time from Asia and very poor packaging. The products are clearly fake and not even close to the originals, yet they are priced as if they were authentic

Shame it's not possible to give no stars...Awful company, product terrible, getting a refund is impossible. They just offer discount after discount to keep the product; nah mate, wouldn't put it on my dog. Have reported to Trading Standards. Avoid, avoid.

Counterfeit products. Avoid this site. I did a trust pilot search prior to purchasing and could not find any reviews. The 1st item was 'lost by the courier' apparently when I chased. When it did finally arrive it was clearly fake! Such poor quality that you would not wear it - ever. It is thin, flammable, scratchy and have not even copied the designer logo properly. This is hugely disappointing as the delay has now not left me with enough time to replace prior to Christmas.
