Awful quality

Admittedly, unlike a lot of the reviews, I received the correct items and the delivery was pretty quick. However, I paid £20 for a ring in the sale and it was lovely when it arrived but I’ve worn it twice for 2 hours and it is now HORRIBLY green and black in colour around the band and on the actual gem too. Such a shame. I’ve had £3 rings that have lasted considerably longer so £20 for 4 hours of use is incredibly disappointing. I did not use perfume, lotions, shower or anything like that with the ring on. Nonetheless it will now have to go in the bin because it is truly disgusting looking.

I had an exceptional experience with their customer service! They went above and beyond to track down a bracelet I had been searching for, even though it was no longer in stock. The jewelry itself is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Very happy bride

I just want to say how impressed I am. I've ordered all of my wedding jewellery from here. It's absolutely beautiful. After buying my bridal necklace and earings I saw the bracelet to match was out of stock. My partner emailed them and they said it was no longer available. He had an email today saying they've managed to source one. They sent it out free, express delivery. One happy bride. Thank you 😊

Best jewellery I’ve had

Best jewellery I’ve had, purchased a silver set (earrings, bracelet and necklace) was nervous it might green or tarnish but had it over a year now and still looking fab. Will be buying more!

Pleased with my order

I ordered direct from their website, had no issues and the item was cheaper than on other sites. I ordered on the Thursday and it was delivered by Royal Mail on the following Monday. I received regular emails from Jon Richard regarding despatch information which included a tracking number. Good quality product. Really pleased.

Your birmingham branch in next is very nice your manager is very helpful I own a big jewellery shop myself and was just looking at how others setup. I would love to have a manager like yours well presented and always puts the company first. On my arrival I notice the shop looked like it was robbed and the manager seemed very upset and stressed. I felt sorry for her I might offer her a job thanks.

No customer service at all

Received my items quickly but the bracelet doesn’t open so that you can wear it. I have emails three time using both email addresses with no response at all. I’m very annoyed as this was meant as a wedding present for my daughter I can’t even make contact to get a refund!

Excellent customer service

Lovely items at affordable prices
I purchased a few items
One pair of earrings were damaged in transit , however I was refunded immediately with no problem
Fast resolution speed and great customer service highly recommend.

Delivery opened/damaged/missing

Ordered jewellery worth over £200 and paid more than £5 for express delivery. Received no tracking information. No notification about the parcel being delivered. Parcel found opened with items either missing or damaged. Frustratingly there is no phone number for customer service and they did not respond to my email. Absolutely appalling service. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Just received earrings from this website. They are just as expected from Jon Richard which I always used to purchase from in store Debenhams.
Service and delivery excellent. Extremely prompt.

AVOID

7-12-23 - ordered a bridal set for my wedding on 5-01-24. They sent the wrong one. Emailed, no response. Emailed again and again. Finally had a reply to say they will send the correct one out. I’m still waiting ……
Luckily I purchased another one from elsewhere , otherwise I would have been without! Obviously a SCAM company that do various things to scam customers. AVOID

If There was an option to give 0 stars I would have chosen this. I would advise people requiring any item of jewellery, ( to avoid disappointment) NOT to USE this company.
There seems to be consistency throughout a lot of these reviews.
1. Order acknowledged.
2. Payment taken.
3. Order refunded.
4 Customer services contacted to enquire as to why order refunded.
5. NO acknowledgement what so ever from non existent customer services.

It questions whether this is in fact a legitimate company ( a comment which is also raised within some of the other reviews).

The management ( indeed if they even exist) seriously need to sort out the inherent problem they have regarding "non existent" customer services, "non existent" goods and terrible "non existent" end user service (i.e. the paying customer).

On top of all this, they then had the nerve to send a 10% off new year sales email ...... Somehow don't think I will be using this !!!!

Mystifying that Jon Richard continue to…

Mystifying that Jon Richard continue to accept orders, both through their own and 3rd party websites, for items that they can’t supply. I ordered a necklace through John Lewis which was cancelled 2 days later saying they ‘could not guarantee that this item will be available from the supplier’. I then went direct to the Jon Richards website and saw the same necklace was ‘available’ so ordered from them. 3 days later the order was just cancelled. On the upside they issued a PayPal refund at the same time, but I’d much rather have had the (very pretty) necklace for my daughter’s wedding!!

Scam company?

Delivery took forever, and then when finally came, one of the items was crossed through and missing. No mention of a refund or it coming later on. No response from emails sent. No telephone number to call. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Really wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering . I ordered a necklace on the 7th December . There has been no dispatch email and I’m beginning to think this company are a big scam ….. looking at the other reviews just confirms it . DO NOT BUY !!!

Awful company who steal your money

A bracelet I purchased broke. I sent it back following their instructions and they emailed to say they would issue a refund. No refund has ever happened. I have emailed many, many times and contacted them through social media but they are ignoring me. Absolutely disgusting to hold on to my money. Please never ever use this company. I’m shocked they can take like this. Will report to trading standards.

Appalling

Appalling. Five days after ordering the item still hasn't been despatched, then I received a refund email with no explanation or apology. To do this the week before Christmas is unacceptable. I almost bought an alternative but it had increased by 33% since I looked at it when I originally ordered! With p&p at £4.95, I don't want to take any further risk with this company. Why on earth do they accept orders they won't fulfil?
