switched all 3 of my big dogs…
I’ve switched all three of my big dogs - 2 hounds and a bullmastiff over to Joyride harnesses because they are so easy to get on and off and the dogs cooperate better on walks than they do with just collars. Big girl tore the handle loose on hers a couple of years ago and Joyride replaced with no problem. Their customer service is great!

Almost Perfect (Almost)
I love the harness. It is very nice. Very well made. And I love the little leash that attaches to it. However, if you're going to give away something free, the free item should work. I texted and I emailed about the light up tag That came with the harness not working, And I even submitted for a replacement. I've heard nothing more (except someone who wanted to chat while I was at work) Who didn't understand what the problem was apparently couldn't speak English. Not even joking. I am so done with trying to get this exchange that I'm going to try and solder the little board myself to make the lights work.

love these harnesses, they fit well they seem to be comfortable for the dogs, the company was great to work and delivery of the product was pretty quick, well constructed and sturdy, i now own two of their harnesses

Yes they have a nice harness BUT they…
Yes they have a nice harness BUT they have zero customer service. They sent the wrong harness and literally will not help with an exchange. There
Is not one paper
in the package ( like with return info) and they do not have a number or contact info They respond to. On the other hand I have never received more SPAM from a single company ever and I asked them to stop by responding to their spam. Doesn’t matter bc they do not have 2 way communication! They are so much trouble as a company that they are not worth dealing with!!
This is their only and repeated response and this is as far as you’ll get:
“Thank you for contacting us! Your message has been received and will be reviewed by our support team for assistance. But maybe I, Dog Bot, can fetch the right resources for you and help out ahead of time like the goodest doggo I am. 🐾”

My dog can take the harness off and it is on securely with little to no room. She twists around and pulls out of it almost like what could be describes as a person taking a shirt off.

While we cannot guarantee it's Houdini-proof as some dogs are just too clever for their own good, it should be very hard to escape out of if properly sized and fitted. Proper fit is key and sometimes it isn't just about tightness, but also strap placement for your dog's individual shape. One minor adjustment can make a very big difference. For a true escape artist, you might also consider a "safety strap" or "safety cord" option that attaches to a collar and the leash for added security for wriggly pups. It's just a backup safety precaution that you can pair with our harness for peace of mind!

These are my favorite harnesses
These are my favorite harnesses. I have bought them for my dogs when they were puppies through adulthood. I haven't had to replace the oldest one yet after 5 years of use.

Great Harnesses
Well, on the first order, I ordered the wrong size; I ordered medium and it turned out my Boston's needed small. Joyride Harness was great in exchanging the harnesses and in record time - Not a problem and the harnesses are great quality - I love them!

I love the harness and love the color
I love the harness and love the color. I ordered the correct size for my dog according tot he measurements, but it is still way loose around his midsection and I cannot tighten it any more. If I ordered an extra small it would be too small for his neck. 😕

UPDATE: I GOT THE HARNESS WEEKS LATE AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. I HAVE A NEW HARNESS THAT I PURCHASED WHEN I GOT THIS, SO I HAVEN'T USED IT AND CAN'T COMMENT ON THE HARNESS ITSELF.
I never got the product (harness at $66 total) nor a refund despite my repeated emails. An email from the company said it had been delivered. It's not an easy company to contact. They sent automatic responses every time I emailed them and then, only once, did I get my question answered about when it would arrive (they take forever compared to harnesses sold through Amazon). There is no customer service number and I couldn't find a way to reach the company through social media successfully. Now I am bombarded with spam from them at least twice a day every day. I say, go to your local pet store or Amazon to get good a harness that arrives quickly and is reliable in shipping (that's what I had to do after 10 days of not getting the item nor a response to my 3 follow-up emails).

Stubborn dog.
I received the joy ride quickly and impressed with the quality. However my 2 year old dog runs and tries to hide. She dislikes it very much. I will continue trying, but I feel it is a losing battle. Have tried treats, letting it lay on the floor so she can smell it and get use to it,with no luck.

This is the second Joyride Harness I…
This is the second Joyride Harness I have purchased. Now I am able to rotate colors. This harness is adjustable, it fits well, well made, and I have even run it through the wash machine several times with no issues.
My orders have been processed quickly and my shipment arrives in a timely manner. I have also purchased 2 leashes with the built in seatbelt buckle and I love them as well.
