Nice polo shirts and spot on embroidery very pleased

The quality of the products themselves were excellent . They went above and beyond. Best company out there for custom workwear.

The products are great. The sizes are good. They just took a long time to arrive. But I would still order through them again.

Took over 7 weeks for the order to actually arrive. No logo approval sent, apparently the system did it automatically? Long wait for any reply from customer services, which was very vague & generic when they did eventually answer. The actual items are okay, not worth the hassle, wait or postage costs though. Do Not Recommend

After we put the order in we got told it would be about 4 weeks before delivery then delivery didnt turn up so after a week after supposed delivery day I had to contact JRS asking where my delivery was? not very good service if I had to call asking where my order was to be told they were running late with orders!!!

Good quality garment & very good embroidery. Time scale to deliver a little longer than expected. I will use them again.

I have not received any item yet . It is expensive to ship to my address and still I haven't got anything yet ?

I am very pleased the t shirts are very good quality and the embroidery wrs excellent.

After order on 07/07 i received it on end of August and one of the Polo has arrived without the logo on 😶

Good quality clothes very happy with it all. Only thing that let the whole experience down was slow getting to me was around 3 weeks later then what was expected delivery.

I brought x2 tops for my business and they look amazing!! Really good prices to!

I had to ring 3 times as my order had taken 6 weeks but no one bothered to contact me and let me know about the delay. Twice got told “ I can only apologise” but no explanation, the third time I was told it was due to 1 item being delayed, so instead of letting me know and splitting the order, it was received after the job it was for had been completed. Not impressed at all

I ordered corporate polo shirts just as a tester to see the quality, JRS has a quickish service.
The garments themselves are ok but the embroidery is very poor. I haven't informed them yet so I dont know what they're customer service is like but I will do when I get back from vacation.

I initially had a frustrating experience with JRS Supplies. My order was delayed considerably, and having paid for it over a month previously, I was understandably disappointed with the lack of progress and communication.

However, once I raised my concerns, Jade from the support team was fantastic. She took the time to listen, kept me updated and handled the situation professionally and politely throughout. She was genuinely helpful and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.

I also have to say that when the order did arrive, the quality of the clothing and embroidery was very good. Everything was very well made, and I was really pleased with the finished products.

Although the original experience with the delayed order wasn’t what I expected, I have to give credit where it’s due — Jade’s customer service was excellent and she went out of her way to help resolve things.

Hopefully JRS can improve the communication around delays going forward, but based on my experience with Jade and the quality of the products I received, I would be happy to give them another chance.
