Absolutely delighted with the products. The clothing is top quality and the embroidery is also top end. I have had printed tee shirts in the past but it faded and started peeling after a few washes.
I feel very proud promoting my company with this clothing.
There was a delay in delivery but the customer service team contacted me to explain, they were obviously overwhelmed by the successful adverting campaign.
I will definitely use JRS again.

There was a bit of a delay in my order due to them moving location, so just bad timing, but they apologised and my order came very soon afterwards. The quality is very good and their communication was brilliant. I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

The product was great, the communications wasn't great and the delivery was far too long...

Second time we have used JRS,garments are good but you do wait a lot longer for delivery than is advised.

JRS industrial delivered a good quality product that I had asked for and ordered.
Although a little later than the time specified, I was happy with the quality of my product.

The order was quite late. I emailed to chase it up. I got no response so I called them and they said some of the shirts were not in stock to fulfil the order. It would’ve been better if they emailed me an update about low stock

The prices and quality are great but had a delay in receiving the products, seems to happen a lot looking at other reviews. Shame as the rest seems very good

The order was placed and approved on the 19 June, the invoice was sent out showing delivery would be made by the 16 July. We thought perfect we want these for an event we are going to on the 24 July..... WRONG! We sent an email, no reply, I sent another email, eventually got a reply to say that they had moved premises but they were now in an excellent position to produce our order....On the 23 July after several day of trying and emails sent, I got through on the phone, so 5 weeks after approving our order and taking receipt of our money into their bank account, they inform me that our order for 22 polo shirts had not been started, that they didn't have enough stock to complete it, but they would now make as much as they could that day and dispatch same day to get to us on and overnight delivery, just in time for our event...DIDN'T HAPPEN. It was dispatch on the 24 July, arrived on the 28 July... we were 250 miles away at the event we wanted them for! All of the Medium polo shirts were produced on the wrong shirt, which despite me sending photos wouldn't be reproduced until they had been sent back so another two-three week delay! We were going to place an order for more items... not now!

The quality and logo are top notch, quality service, would recommend.

This is my second order with JRS and I'm really pleased again with the quality of the polos and the embroidered logo.
I received this order much quicker than the last one and was kept updated on my orders progress.

Every thing is a great fit , the material is nice

Waited over a month for 5 plain non embroided tshirts then over a month for 5 embroided tshirts. Used to use this company in the past but service has been shocking lately. Even rang up to see if they could add a deal to the order. Was advised no by some rude very unhelpful woman. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

The delivery was alot longer than estimated (by 2 weeks). I was unable to get hold of anyone via the telephone number advertised and when emailing there was a delay in response and I just received the same generic reply that they were waiting for the item. Not being able to get hold of customer services via the telephone delayed any correspondence and the time of order to recieving was over 4 weeks. In terms of product quality the items were good quality and design was excellent but due to the customer service issues and delay in delivery I won’t be using JRS industrial for my uniform again.
