Nice clothing, have a few threads showing through shame as feel good quality otherwise. Delivery was longer than quoted date and I had to chase them.

The delivery arrived in just over 4 weeks and I was abit annoyed, but quality takes time as I am.very happy with my purchase.
Quality material and they got the embroidery for the logo spot on.

Very easy to deal with. I asked for a couple of alterations with the design of my logo. This was dealt with easily with no problems. The actual garments I received are very good quality and the sizes are perfect and as described. I’ve bought umpteen embroidered clothing packs over the years for my business. I can honestly say this one trumps everything beforehand. 10/10

Quality of garments and embroidery excellent. Time for delivery and communication not great. Took over 1 month from order to delivery with no updates in between.

Amazing clothes took a while for delivery but I understand they were very busy.

Customer service was great , the actually clothing and print quality was super , only downfall/ caveat to the process was delivery target was way overdue but I do understand that times can become very busy delays do happen.

I’ve ordered twice now to see if the delivery time improved, but sadly it didn’t.
Customer service however is quite good and responsive. There was an item missing, which I was advised about and was holding up the order, it was sent out on its own but in a timely manner.
I have just placed one more small order and paid for the express delivery to see if that helps the job along.
The delivery is the main thing that’s annoying but the artwork and garments are more than good enough value for your money.
Would I order again? Quite probably yes.
In short, not a bad seller, provided you’re not in a hurry for delivery.

Absolutely delighted with the products. The clothing is top quality and the embroidery is also top end. I have had printed tee shirts in the past but it faded and started peeling after a few washes.
I feel very proud promoting my company with this clothing.
There was a delay in delivery but the customer service team contacted me to explain, they were obviously overwhelmed by the successful adverting campaign.
I will definitely use JRS again.
