My tshirts arrived last week. Website easy to use. I ordered they sent email sent asking for approval of the design the tshirts. They look great quality as exactly as the approval email. The look good I'm more than happy with the result

It took far too long for delivery. I had to chase the order for almost 2 months. Customer service was terrible. One caveat I will add is that when Kiara took charge of the order it got sorted and delivered. If it wasn’t for her this review would have been a lot worse. I wouldn’t mind so much if I was waiting for personalised gear or a large order but it was plain, run of the mill hi viz clothing for myself.

The worst company out there . Ordered some work wear and chose the express delivery which their website says 2-3 days , It’s been 5 days and only shows Royal mail is expecting the delivery for 3 days now. Their bundle offers may sound exciting but buyers should be aware .

The entire process went smoothly, from ordering to logo design to delivery. The quality and finish is excellent, we are very pleased with our workwear.

Will be ordering again really soon

Order was straight forwards. Quick response on my logo. The clothing is decent quality at a great price . My only criticism is the length of time for delivery. Maybe they’re just busy.

I’ve been searching for some work clothes that a company could also embroider my company logo on to.
There are umpteen companies out there to choose from but I am a bit old fashioned and wanted a family firm with that personal touch.
This is your firm.
My order was a trial order I will be honest.
I will say now I will be ordering more over the next couple of months.
I’m a gardener and needed some quality garments and I got 3 polo shirts, two fleece and one gilet. All embroidered with my logo.
They are superb quality. Very warm and good quality material.
The embroidery is faultless. Nicely positioned and clear as the printed logo.
I needed to make a small change to the font colour and did this at the ordering stage.
Exactly as I needed it.
Really pleased with all of the garments.
Every stage along the way I was informed and also the delivery date. Fulfilled as promised.
Personal touches like real people emails and not your generic automated emails. An actual person.
The delivery service ran like clockwork and was completed in good time.
A company that is a pleasure to deal with.
Five stars from me.

placed my order a week ago, i have been sent 5 proof images to review and all 5 are wrong and all the same??

I have been trying for the last 2 hours to contact them for a answer or a refund, no one answers the phone, no option to email directly and when I go on the online chat it times out before I get a responce.
very, very poor customer service.

I have ordered personal workwear from other companies online and this is by far the worst.

this company can't even get the design right from a jpeg i have sent so god knows what the actual item will be like.
