I’ve been searching for some work clothes that a company could also embroider my company logo on to.
There are umpteen companies out there to choose from but I am a bit old fashioned and wanted a family firm with that personal touch.
This is your firm.
My order was a trial order I will be honest.
I will say now I will be ordering more over the next couple of months.
I’m a gardener and needed some quality garments and I got 3 polo shirts, two fleece and one gilet. All embroidered with my logo.
They are superb quality. Very warm and good quality material.
The embroidery is faultless. Nicely positioned and clear as the printed logo.
I needed to make a small change to the font colour and did this at the ordering stage.
Exactly as I needed it.
Really pleased with all of the garments.
Every stage along the way I was informed and also the delivery date. Fulfilled as promised.
Personal touches like real people emails and not your generic automated emails. An actual person.
The delivery service ran like clockwork and was completed in good time.
A company that is a pleasure to deal with.
Five stars from me.
Looking forward to seeing my next order.

placed my order a week ago, i have been sent 5 proof images to review and all 5 are wrong and all the same??

I have been trying for the last 2 hours to contact them for a answer or a refund, no one answers the phone, no option to email directly and when I go on the online chat it times out before I get a responce.
very, very poor customer service.

I have ordered personal workwear from other companies online and this is by far the worst.

this company can't even get the design right from a jpeg i have sent so god knows what the actual item will be like.

The product was of good quality and did the job very well. It was as described. The embroidery was good and added to the garment. The garment was comfortable and light so not too hot under theatre gown.
The lead in from order to dispatch was fair, on the side of lengthy but that may reflect my impatience (>3 weeks).
The customer support was excellent and I was kept updated regularly along the journey.
All in all a very positive experience.
One thing that might improve the trousers would be pockets.

So easy to use website and really easy to deal with. Quick and professional responses when emailed. The product was absolutely amazing, couldnt be happier with the whole lot.

Ordering process seemed ok but company obviously very busy as lead time after approval was 20 working days so basically a month . Ordered 8 hats .
One size fits all apparently but unless your head is the shape of a cone or you have masses of hair in a bun on top of head then the item isn’t fit for purpose as with the edge of the hat around your forehead the hat extends up too high and just flops .
Postage wa s£12 too which for a tiny package was extortionate!

No complaints, great quality and good communication.

I paid for next day delivery which I didn't get. It was nearly a week after and the delivery has been delivered to the wrong place. When trying to contact JRS I can't get through. When contacting the courier service they state it's been delivered to our address. It hasn't it's been delivered elsewhere.

Chose the material of tops and the embroidery option , ends up after complaining after I received the items, the company state that embroidery can’t be put on that material without it pulling and looking terrible ,
Wouldn’t refund me in full even though they know the material isnt suitable….. shouldn’t be an offer then should it , considering 2 tops were over £50 this is a disgrace and my company wont be using them

There was a delay with delivery but the customer service team were very helpful and sorted it. Still waiting on my high vis but very happy with the uniform quality and embroidery.
