An unprofessional company who can’t communicate properly with their customers, fail to meet delivery timescales, bury their head in the sand, and treat people with absolute contempt.

Avoid this company!

Ordering and design of the logo was nice and easy but delivery took over 10 weeks which was a bit frustrating. Asked to be put in contact with a manager but obviously they don't care about their customers - well apart from taking their money.

Delivery took much longer than expected but other than that workwear seems good enough

Fantastic quality clothing. The embroidery is really good and overall great value for money.

I read some reviews about people not happy with the wait time. Before ordering i was given an estimated time frame of 20 working days from artwork approval. I recieved my order 2 days earlier than expected.

Im very happy with the service, dont mind waiting as its quality stuff.

Excellent product quality and outstanding attention to detail with the emblem and stitching. Once i decided on the company emblem and design which i had several changes JRS were really quick at completing the order and delivery was rapid also. Would highly recommend to anybody 👌

I would of given them 5 stars but one of my shirts has a slight blemish, i contacted customer service and they said pop it in an email, i did that, it was two weeks ago, still no reply. but the quality of the clothing is exceptional. and they are friendly. so all in all a good experiance.

The clothing is good, as is the embroidery, However I found the process of delivery and information after the signing off of the design to be long and only time I got any sort of update of the process is when I emailed asking the questions.. It felt like they did not carry stock of items and they only went through to embroidery when they had received the stock from other sources. It seemed very long winded and if there was a better way as a customer to check what was actually happening it might have felt better. I also requested that one item be changed to a smaller size as the seemed to be having a problem acquiring it, this was ignored as the item came in the next week and was sent out after I phoned and emailed about it. It fits but my request was ignored.

I highly recommend this company for all personal work wear. Communication was clear throughout my ordering process. Will definitely be ordering from this business again

Paid 20 Pounds for next day delivery which is already a lot for shipping. Instead came in 5 days. Didn't fit correctly and very uncomfortable.
