Love this slide
Love this slide. It's perfect for my 1 year old and 5 year old to get on and off the trampoline safely. I took a gamble hoping this would fit our vuly trampoline and it was perfect. The instructions were easy to follow and it was simple to put together. Took a bit of muscle to get the handles in but once in it was easy. I would recommend.

Happy with the service I received
I am very happy with the service I have received. I purchased a trampoline for my son for his 3rd birthday. After the first use of this he unfortunately had a little accident i was quite worried about further accidents. I contacted Jumpflex and they resolved the small issue for me. Thanks Jumpflex.

Super helpful staff!! I contacted them to purchase a replacement mat after ours was damaged in a storm.
They were super helpful and sent me a link to an order and all I had to do was make payment and it was sent straight away

I am extremely disappointed that every part of this trampoline is made in china. I guess I clearly didn’t read enough beforehand. I was trying really hard to find a trampoline made in the US. I’m really not happy I spent so much money for a china made trampoline.

Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with where we manufacture our products, this should not affect the quality of our products whatsoever.
Please note that we have never advertised our trampolines as made in the USA. We do state they are made in China in the FAQ's section of our website :)
Please rest assured that our trampolines are of high quality and they come with a Lifetime Warranty on the entire trampoline.
To give you a bit of background, Jumpflex trampolines are designed and engineered in New Zealand. We have then partnered with a father-son company outside of Hong Kong that has 30 years of experience in the outdoor textile industry. Their skill and experience have been paramount in the production of the Jumpflex trampoline. Our trampoline is then produced and kitted together in our purpose-built factory in China.

Extremely happy with the after service
Extremely happy with the after service. We needed a trampoline post replaced due to it being damaged. jumpflex were very helpful and replaced the post free of charge. We received it within a week.

The trampoline looks good overall
The trampoline looks good overall. I was ‘surprised’ to find that nothing bolts together- only ‘spring pins’ and also that the leg assemblies don’t appear to be galvanised- only black painted.
Will see how it lasts - I am keeping the receipt - as this brand had the longest warranty of the ones I checked out!!
