I ordered gifts for my friend with customised name on items. They sent an item with incorrect name on it. Sent them email to resend the correct item to them but they have not responded to me.

Even though the delivery was late ( I don’t know if it was just the Israeli post office’s fault) the products where great, the customer service is quick and very responsive.

Amazing little company with beautiful products
Amazing products, 5 star service. I ordered from UAE and my items arrived in less than a week! I can’t begin to describe how cute their products are. Really high quality I highly recommend this company. Will definitely be buying again in the future.

Dopo circa un mese è arrivato il pacco! Mi è dispiaciuto molto attendere così tanto, none. Stato dovuto all’azienda ma bensì alla dogana ( e ahimè alla Brexit)!. Gli articoli sono davvero tanto carini e di qualità.

Item became faulty within a matter of days.
Contacted for a replacement and was fobbed off with an excuse of ‘choosing a dark colour made white marks’ (did not state that would be the case on the website either) expect it wasn’t that at all, the name had scratched off. Given a discount code to replace the item expect it still meant I had to pay 45p plus postage. I wouldn’t recommend, the customer service is awful and the items are poor quality. I gave them a chance to rectify the faulty item but after over a week of constantly emailing to get a reply, I have no choice but to pass on my feedback to others
