After placing and fully paying for my order from Just Born for my baby items, I later found out they are now using a shipping company called Evri. After my order was already processed and shipped, I was suddenly told that I had to pay an additional $40 in extra duties and fees in order to receive my package.
This was never clearly explained to me before checkout or payment.
At this point, it feels very misleading that after customers pay for their order, they are then asked to pay even more money just to receive their items.
I have tried reaching out through messages and customer service, but I still have not received a real resolution.

As a mother expecting my baby very soon, this situation has been extremely stressful and disappointing.

covered in hair!

I ordered some personalised pacifiiers, and when it arrived it was covered in long strands of hair! Although in the moment i removed the hairs, they refuse to investigate the matter and therfore only giving 10% off my next order. Why would i consider ordering again if i am not happy with the outcome of this order? As a first-time mum to be, I was really excited to receive this but unfortunately my first impression was upsetting. In future, as a company, I think its really important to take hygiene seriously and perhaps buy a cover to cover the pacifier tip to avoid this hapening again.

The cutest gift box ever 😍

I ordered a personalized gift box on Saturday and it was delivered by Tuesday - so fast! Such a cute box, wrapped with love and really great quality.
Now I’m joking (or not) that I need another baby, because mine is too old, just to order the same adorable thing again 😂 Love it!!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They sent my order to the wrong address, which caused a lot of inconvenience. When I tried to call and explain the situation, they hung up on me before I could even finish speaking. I also asked to speak with a manager, but they refused to connect me. On top of that, they didn’t answer my follow-up calls.
The employee I spoke with, Olga, was very rude and unprofessional. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything…

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this website. They don’t provide a return address or any way to get a refund if they make mistakes. I ordered just a pacifier but they got the size wrong. They took over 8 weeks, kept sending emails asking for videos and photos—which I shouldn’t have to bother with for their mistake. In the end, they said I couldn't get a refund, even though they admitted their error in packaging. First and last order. Thank God I didn’t buy something expensive from them. No transparency, no honesty,and they will do their best to make you wrong.

Not practical for a baby Weaning set

About the Weaning set . This set looks very high quality — well, it only looks that way. The quality itself is okay, but it’s not practical at all. I bought the weaning personalised set , and for the price I paid, I don’t think it’s worth it.

The plates don’t have good suction, so they’re not effective in terms of “the child can’t pull it off” — I always have to hold the plate.
The spoon isn’t comfortable for a baby’s mouth. Its shape makes it hard for the child to actually take food from it, so I had to buy other spoons that fit better and allow the child to eat properly.
The cup is not suitable at all for beginners who don’t yet know how to drink from a straw. The sippy attachment is also stiff and difficult to use, so I had to buy another beginner-friendly sippy cup.

The bib is okay for catching dropped food, but the neck area still gets dirty anyway.

In the end, I think it would be better as a decorative set — it will probably just remain a toy set. Otherwise, it’s quite expensive for what it offers. I ended up having to buy everything again from scratch.

It looks beautiful, but it’s not practical. Very disappointing.

Brilliant customer service

I ordered a personalised drinking bottle for my granddaughter for pre school use. The lid developed a problem and when I contacted Just born they replied the next day and told me they would send a replacement lid whicI received today. It's a shame I had the problem BUT the customer after care was excellent Thankyou

Impeccable customer service

Impeccable customer service from Olga! I had made a mistake with my delivery address and I emailed immediately to get it sorted. Within a few hours, they responded with the change of delivery address and confirmed it with me. Super quick response and the products are gorgeous! Amazing quality and really impressed

Esperienza pessima.
Ho effettuato un ordine per un regalo natalizio personalizzato che avrebbe dovuto arrivare entro i primi di dicembre. Invece la consegna è avvenuta solo la prima settimana di gennaio, causandomi seri problemi organizzativi: il giorno della partenza sono stata costretta a comprare un altro regalo all’ultimo minuto per non presentarmi a mani vuote.

Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna comunicazione sui ritardi nella spedizione, né mi è stato proposto uno sconto o un rimborso.

Come se non bastasse, al momento del ritiro ho trovato la confezione danneggiata e la qualità dei prodotti deludente.

Esperienza da non ripetere. Mai più.

Beautiful items received

Ordered a personalised bottle and bag and the items are absolutely beautiful. Ordered on 29th December and arrived on 31st December so very quick delivery. I was nervous ordering due to reviews and the only reason it’s not a 5 star review is due to lack of communication from the company. No confirmation of order email, no out for delivery email, luckily just saw the parcel in our safe place as we were out when delivered. I only knew the order had been processed when Klarna emailed to say payment had been taken, which was about 24 hours after I placed the order. Definitely recommend as the items are beautiful but I don’t know how you’d contact the company or cancel an order if you needed to

Terrible

Terrible! I ordered a personalised blanket for my son , I ordered blue colour but I received green! is a complete different colour! I emailed the customer service with photo proof, to be told they checked and did send me the correct item, even though the proof was in the pictures!! They then haven’t been responding to any of my emails! Terrible! Highly not recommend!

This was one of the worst shopping…

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

My first order was cancelled because of delivery issues. I still gave Just Born another chance, but when the second order finally arrived, it was a complete disappointment.

The quality was poor, the packaging was unacceptable — one box came torn, another one was too small and couldn’t even close. To make it worse, the stuffed bunny was thrown in without any bag or protection, just inside a dirty box. This is absolutely not how a premium brand should treat its customers.

When I contacted customer service, they were no help at all. No replacement, no proper solution, nothing. For the high price I paid, this is completely unacceptable.

I do not recommend Just Born. Terrible quality, terrible packaging, and terrible customer service.

Bad quality water bottles

The "Personalised Stainless Steel Kids Water Bottles" look nice, but the plastic caps of the bottles we bought broke in less than 6 months. Not worth the money.

I wish I've read these reviews before!
I've ordered two beach ponchos for my daughter with her name on them and a silicone cup, but only one arrived. I've promptly reported the problem to the company, who told me that the package arrived complete, so it was my problem.
Aside from the fact that they didn't provide any proof that everything had been shipped, the shipping is, in any case, the seller's responsibility. A reputable company shouldn't respond like this to a customer who paid for products and didn't receive them!

Ho ordinato 2 poncho da mare per mia figlia con scritto il suo nome e una tazza di silicone ma nella confezione è arrivato solo un poncho. Ho segnalato il problema all'azienda la quale mi ha risposto che da loro il pacco è uscito completo e che quindi è un problema mio.
A parte il fatto che non hanno dato nessuna evidenza del fatto che tutto sia stato spedito la spedizione è, in ogni caso, una responsabilità del venditore. UN'azienda seria non risponde così al cliente che ha pagato dei prodotti e non li ha ricevuti!!
