I wish I've read these reviews before!
I've ordered two beach ponchos for my daughter with her name on them and a silicone cup, but only one arrived. I've promptly reported the problem to the company, who told me that the package arrived complete, so it was my problem.
Aside from the fact that they didn't provide any proof that everything had been shipped, the shipping is, in any case, the seller's responsibility. A reputable company shouldn't respond like this to a customer who paid for products and didn't receive them!

Ho ordinato 2 poncho da mare per mia figlia con scritto il suo nome e una tazza di silicone ma nella confezione è arrivato solo un poncho. Ho segnalato il problema all'azienda la quale mi ha risposto che da loro il pacco è uscito completo e che quindi è un problema mio.
A parte il fatto che non hanno dato nessuna evidenza del fatto che tutto sia stato spedito la spedizione è, in ogni caso, una responsabilità del venditore. UN'azienda seria non risponde così al cliente che ha pagato dei prodotti e non li ha ricevuti!!

They basically stole my money

They basically stole my money. I have made an order of 85 euros with 3 items, specifically a gift box with towel and brush set, moon pacifier with matching clip and holder set and the bunny toy.

I received the box and the bunny and the gift set were missing, the holders were 2 instead 1 and also the pacifier was missing.

I immediately share with the customer service the pictures of the box and notified the missing items, requesting them to send me those (I didn’t ask for a refund).

They just replied that based on their internal investigations, everything was correctly included in the box and they will not send me the items or refund the money. But how can they even say it was correctly prepared since I have 2 personalised holders of different colors and I have ordered just 1! Of course it wasn’t prepare with care and it’s their mistake. So I received items worth around 20 euros and they stole 65 euros.

Do not order from them as they are not a serious company and they just steal money. The worst thing is they steal money from moms or future moms like me, who are excited to have cute items for their babies and they end up with no items, less money and stress to deal with this company in a moment where they need peace.

I will try to get this solved through my lawyer.

Scammers!

Amazing we love it 😍

So, I had issues with delivery at first and my package was returned to the factory so we arranged a re delivery and my package came in, now to the original review hmmm I will even rate it 101/100 my boys are so in love with the bottle,it serves for both hot and cold purpose and we love it

Great quality

I ordered many items, such as the Wooden Pacifier Clip, BIBS Pacifier Box Holder, Pacifier Holder Pod, Wooden Teddy Rattle, Organic Cotton Baby Hooded Towel with Ears, and the Natural Beechwood Hairbrush & Comb Set — and I’m totally happy! Great quality. I definitely recommend them.

This Jborn water bottle is a complete letdown. It’s shockingly flimsy and broke in less than a week of normal use. For the price, this level of quality is unacceptable.The customer service is rubbish. It’s clear that durability was not a priority in its design. I strongly advise others to avoid this product—it's a waste of money!!!! AVOID!!

I wish I read reviews before buying it

I wish I read reviews before buying it. I spent alot of money on 2 weaning sets and they stained!!!!! And the customer service refused refund - they offered me only £20 lol. I tried all the methods (baking soda/vinegar soak/sunlight exposure but carrot stains won’t come off). They told me other products like sippy cups don’t stain lol. Pleaseeee do not waste your money guys like I did!!!

Awful product! Do NOT purchase!

Awful product! Poor quality and very flimsy! Bottle was easily dented and steel was completely scraped when it slipped out of my daughter’s hand. Both bottles I purchased started leaking a month after purchase and could not be used. My 5 and 3 year old were very upset! To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they had the audacity to offer a new lid rather than a new bottle or refund! I would advise everyone to steer clear of this company due to the poor quality of products and awful customer service. You are better off paying more and investing in a better product from a more reputable brand/company!

Expensive products, greedy company and poor customer service.

Do not buy from this company before reading reviews. The customer service want proof and even when you do send it they don't action a solution. It's greedy company, poor value and trust in the customer. It's purely made and leaks. Looks nice on outside but it's not robust and made well. Put your money in another brand.

Low quality product - Useless customer service

We purchased a customised bottle from them for our son. After a few months the bottle developed a crack at the bottom rim. Sent them photos and they came back and said we cant replace it if there is accidental damage. I have had plastic bottles last years, how can a metal bottle just crack. This is a manufacturing fault but instead of taking it to their supplier they are happy to loose a customer.

Superleuke fles en fijne klantenservice

Superleuke fles en handig in gebruik. In eerste instantie werkte het rietje niet, er kwam alleen maar lucht uit ipv drinken. Dit heb ik via de mail gemeld en kreeg als reactie een instructievideo om te zien of de dop wel compleet was. Die was compleet en dit mailde ik dus terug. Ik kreeg al snel reactie dat ze een nieuwe dop met rietje zouden opsturen, 2 dagen later was het binnen en alles werkt prima. Goede en snelle klantenservice, top!

Leaking bottle. Pretty but cheap quality

The stainless steal bottle (£15) arrived and was leaking after the first use and leaked in my son’s new nursery bag. I wrote customer service and wanted to return the bottle for a refund. I was asked to send a video as evidence which I did. Then I was asked to send pictures. It went back and forth over several days which was annoying. Only to then be told it was non refundable because it was personalised and had my son’s name on it. It made little sense to me since the quality of the bottle was the problem and not me changing my mind. They said the only thing they were happy to do would be sending a new lid for the leaking bottle. (Not even a whole new bottle). Very greedy. That’s not what I wanted. I bought a new bottle elsewhere in the meantime so I asked for a refund! Customer service is extremely poor. They have stopped replying to my emails. Such a shame. I also read in another review that the bottle can’t be taken on a plane as it will explode with the cabin pressure. Other customers have complained about leaking bottles. I won’t order from this company again. If you decide to order with them make sure to pay using PayPal so you can escalate it via PayPal should anything go wrong. I will try to get the funds back via my bank. Appalling and I am extremely disappointed!!!

Absolutely loved the item

Absolutely loved the item, I had ordered the personalised bag for my son. I love that it comes with a clip for kids to carry their bags without falling. The order was sent across very fast so was very impressed.
