Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience .
the delivery took so much time , also the answer time by email was ver bad , it took days to get answer . also I received the package in a very bad conditions it was very wet , and the local post but the package in separate bag . I have sent them email with photos and video of the package 7 days ago and I didn't get any answer !

The products look amazing, and I really love them. They arrived very quickly.

Colors, font , calligraphy are all very beautiful. Quality is high. Everything is very beautiful.

Everything was fine until I realised that a claim (Made in UK) on a product page was false advertising. The only reason why I purchased the product was because I thought it was made in uk. When I received the product the label said made in China. I raised it with customer service who made the changes but didn’t offer me any compensation whatsoever. I wouldn’t spend this much money on a made in china bib when they are so cheap on other famous retailer sites. Very disappointed.

One of the items was ordered in a different color

Products are absolutely gorgeous to look at, however the plates and bowls that are supposed to stick to high chairs do not stick, when I brought up this issue I was sent a new product that had been “quality tested” but it didn’t stick either. However what they have been tested on is a granite work top which they do stick to. This is pointless because no high chairs are made of this. Despite of this I was refused a refund and only given a partial refund. Lovely looking products but don’t do what they say they do. Will be sticking to my usual bamboo products in future which are brilliant and stick perfectly to high chairs.

Their products are great, but service is horrendous. Refund policy not clear on website and they don’t state customer covers shipping costs and you don’t get refunded for initial delivery. Also, now I’ve returned 2 items that simply looked too boyish for my little girl, which were delivered for a while now according to tracking, and company is not responding anymore.

Beautiful dummies I got two of ours personalised aswell which was lovely. And they arrived before Christmas. Just perfect I would order again.

Ordered a BIB dummy in blossom colour, size 2. Received a size 1, so I emailed customer service with photo proof, who then said they’d send out the correct size. The replacement order arrives & is a complete different colour! I emailed again with photo proof, to be told they checked & did send me the correct item, even though the proof was in the pictures!! They then haven’t been responding to any of my emails! Disgusting customer service!
This has happened on another occasion where they sent the incorrect item but did resolve it then, so placed this order for this to happen & be treated this way. Terrible!!

The only place I’ll order my babies dummies from! Perfect every time! Ordered the dummies, dummy case and the dummy clips for my little girl and soon to be born son. Exactly how I’ve wanted them each time, always get compliments on them all! Thankyou so much

I received the pacifiers after a long time of waiting, in addition other things that I ordered in the package did not arrive... and the pacifiers arrived in a bad way. The plastic of the pacifier is really crooked and feels as if it could come out of the pacifier at any moment

The products are really good quality. I bought a personalised pacifier clip and bear teether - both products are really good quality, I love them!
Also, I had issues with my delivery, the package got lost by the courier and JBorn sent me a new package super quick - great customer services.

They popped up in the ad and I liked their modern product style, so decided to give it a try. Everything arrived quickly and quality was great. Have been ordering multiple times now (love their pyjamas!), never had any issues.
