I previously purchased the hospital bag organiser wallets and the teddy bear muslin blanket and they are both amazing quality and the blanket is so cute as I also got it personalised!
Recently I wanted to purchase the teddy bear tracksuit but needed some advice/help on colours that match best with the beanie hats, I emailed and a lady called Emma got back to me straight away and was so lovely, professional and really helpful with any questions I had.
I can’t wait to purchase more, especially the matching sets 🫶🏼✨

I ordered one of the gift boxes for my own baby (because why not 🤣) and I’m honestly so pleased with it!

I realised pretty much straight after ordering that I’d ordered the wrong size, so I emailed customer services to ask if it could be changed. They were so helpful and changed it over for me without any problems, and made sure I received the correct size. Customer service was honestly 10/10! 🥰

The clothes and blanket are absolutely beautiful. They’re so soft and the quality is really good, you can tell they’re made to last. Everything is just lovely and I’m really happy with my purchase.

This company went more than beyond helping me with my problem. I had put wrong postcode on order and realised it thru tracking. But it got sorted 👏 The goods are beautiful I chose. And great price too. I ordered them in the gift box. Just a case of handing it over. Will definitely use again Thanku to all concerned

Shame... after paying for a personalised gift box, none of the items were personalised which was disappointing, no partial refund offered only credit to use and I wont be a returning customer.

I'm error I had not included my house number and road name on the address for the label, so the package was returned to sender. I had emailed customer service and explained, so whilst waiting for the return, they packed my order again and resent it with the correct address this time.

They responded within a day to each of my emails, and have been so helpful. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Of course it goes without saying that the products themselves are high quality and really sweet. Very happy and will continue to buy from them on the future.

Honestly can't describe how amazing Cozy Crew Club are! After being let down by another company we contacted Cozy Crew to see if they could possibly sort us out with 2 t-shirts.
