Absolutely beautiful Boucle Baby Bear & Strawberry Personalised Gift Box! Everything was perfect and presented so nicely. The quality of the items was excellent, and it made such a lovely keepsake for the parents. It arrived quickly and was packaged with so much care. A perfect gift for welcoming a new baby – highly recommend!

Cozy Crew Club’s customer service is highly impressive. I have been a loyal customer for years and in my most recent experience they went above and beyond to help me. It truly feels like they genuinely care about their customers and put them first. Really impressed and would absolutely recommend them.

I ordered two items. The non personalised item arrived without issues, the personalised blanket had to be returned to finish sowing loose tassels. When returned, there was an overhang and tassels has been sown overlapping each other. Quality check failed repeatedly and they justified this under the „handcrafted and unique” excuse. No sort of compensation offered and no chance to finish sowing it their end. Had to pay out of my pocket to take to a seamstress to fix. Not the quality expected of such a brand. I could have ordered the dupe at Temu or Shein.

Edit - upon leaving my review on Google, I can see others posted pictures and reported the same issue months ago. My case is not a one off, this is just their standard. Caution.

I had an issue ordering becuase they were out of stock on the pink tracksuits. They told me that grey would look amazing too and the customer service i recieved was great. I really appreciated it because it was me that kept contacting them and they responded immediately with happiness. Thank you cozy crew club

I had such a wonderful experience with this shop! I ordered two items on different days and needed them to arrive before my trip, as they were special gifts for my baby niece. Emma supported me every step of the way, responded quickly, and went above and beyond to help make sure everything would arrive on time.

I purchased a personalised gift box as a new baby gift. On receiving I had a peek and was overwhelmed at how lovely the gift looked. Well packaged and so soft. I ordered an outfit with a hat and a personalised muslin blanket, the stitching is impeccable and the outfit is also gorgeous! Not to mention the adorable FREE beanie hat that I got to choose for my baby boy!
There was an expected wait for a personalised item but I’m extremely happy with the products I’ve received and would certainly order from cozy crew club again and again!

I originally ordered through TikTok shop, and forgot to add name, font, colour ect, I contacted the Cosy club on every platform possible as some other businesses don’t always respond, the cosy club acted fast & responded within an hour!! The muslin blanket arrived within the timeframe with the added personalisation I requested it is gorgeous. Brilliant quality! My muslin obsessed 7 month old took to it straight away. 100% will purchase more items from the cosy club

Horrendous company to deal with, order was manufactured late and delivered late. Quality of product and services is extremely poor, avoid.

I ordered the personalised back pack in black.
I saved it for my son starting childminders so didn't use it for a couple of months when arrived as purposely bought it to use for there.
Have used it for 4 weeks and 1 strap has fallen off and the little hook strap on the top also has. It seems it wasnt down correctly or strong enough as in 4 weeks I didn't expect it to break. He only goes 2 days a week so not used everyday and only held 4 nappies/pack of Wipes. 1 bottle. Some snacks and a spare sleepsuit. Was not overfilled or heavy. Really disappointed as loved the bag but unfortunately quality is not there for the price.
