If you’re only placing a small order you’ll be charged £3.99 shipping, if you return as I did that’ll cost you a further £4 and then they’ll deduct a further £2.50 for what they term a ‘restocking’ fee but of course they’ll tell you it’s outlined in their T’s & C’s! Shocking! So you’ve spent £10.49 with absolutely nothing to show for it & it’s cost them zero!!! Never again will I shop with this company, dissatisfied & disappointed. Cosy Crew Club, do not even bother replying to this, I’ve been patronised enough already by emails, though I’m sure you will to justify!

Absolutely obsessed with the new resort club collection from Cosy Crew club. The pieces are amazing quality and so cute! I love that the Terry towelling sets come in a range of sizes and colours and even adults which means our baby and 3 year old are able to match. These are a must for summer and holidays as not only are they the sweetest sets, but these are perfect for the beach or for putting on after swimming!

This company non stop send me text messages. I’ve never given them my number and quite frankly have no idea who they are. Total pests.

First class customer service when a parcel went missing, prompt responses to emails and very quickly resolved. As for the items ordered - beautiful and excellent quality. Will most definitely order again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered two months ago and haven’t received my items. Tracking still says “processing”. Emailed the company 4 times and NO help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This company has been unhelpful or for over a month I haven't received my package they will not refund my money they haven't aided in any location of my package in the past month there's been no update to my tracking order I would not order from this company they clearly do not have it figured out and know what they're doing to ensure their clientele has their packages on time find somewhere else these guys clearly aren't it

Wanted personalised baby bodysuit for my friend's newborn and was very pleased to see that the letter, which does not exist in English, was spelt corectly in the personalised text. Lovely product, great material, quick delivery. Would definitely recommend!
