Helpful and straight to the point
Lynn C was very helpful. I really appreciated that she was straight to the point with no unnecessary fluff. She found me exactly what I was looking for and answered all the questions I had before helping me set everything up to switch energy suppliers. It also saves me the headache of having to contact everyone individually and notify them about the move, like the council and water company. Great service!

Very good at organising your ammenities at good prices and breaking down price comparisons between providers. Just had to have a simple phone call with one of their agents Thomas Bourne who concisely and helpfully guided me through each process for energy and broadband packages and offered additional services. Very friendly on the phone and patient and understanding of any complications or issues you may have.
