The buckwheat was very powdered and not large flakes like other companies we normally buy from. So will not be purchasing them & goes straight in the recycling bin as can’t make porridge or crumble with it . Shame as just wasted money unnecessary & will return to normal supplier which is organic & quality much better. Can you refund the items as bought 2
Same problem with millet to fine and not I would say flakes either
Can you refund the products if I return them :- but not paying for post shipping as I don’t feel it stands the quality tests in comparison to other brands
The only product that was used is the Celtic salt .
Very dissatisfied on this occasion
& good will gesture would be appreciated considering how much I spend on products I can’t use for my dietary requirements

I love this company. The delivery is so quick, and they send me special offers which is so helpful to my budget therefore much appreciated. But I was very disappointed to see that they purchase some of their foods from China. They do not list on their website where that particular product comes from so I cannot check the country of origin before I purchase. I placed a very large order of all Organic food products and I found that their Organic Haricot beans, red kidney beans and Aduki beans are all from china to my disappointment. With my research I do not trust any food coming from China even if it is Organic. I wish the owners would look into this and source their food products elsewhere and not China. If you are not bothered where your food comes from, then this company is great for all your food shopping.

I both 3 gluten free lenti packs and one of them come broken with the lentils all around the carton box

I placed an order over a week ago. It hasn’t arrived. I contacted the seller by email at least 3 times and I’ve had no reply. There is no tracking number and there is no name of a courier. I’m going to report it to my bank.

I bought the well pure water purifier in 2021 for £879 from just natural. It stopped working a week after installation. I called just natural several times and emailed several times, not one response from them, not even an acknowledgement. I had to resort to buying bottled water. I reported to my bank, just natural didn't respond to my bank either. Thankfully, my bank refunded me and I was able to buy another product from a responsible company

I have ordered over 5 times now and I am pleased, quick dispatch and delivery and very good customer service. Only once the rice bag was slightly open from the transfer as it is compostable bag but other than that I can't find any flaw.

I am familiar with the brand since my local Health shop do store Just Natural products ...However he is closed at present, due to covid-19. I decided to order on line for a substantial food order of over £50.
Products are fine!
Packaging and delivery were awful. Most of all the items were loose in the carton box. Ripped bags...An absolute horror!
No follow-up on order either...

Dark chocolate covered brazil nuts ..... inferior product. worst I have ever tasted
the product is made with the cheapest ingredients. the chocolate tasted like palm oil and sugar ..the brazil nuts are so tiny, dry old and tasteless,... I thought they had made a mistake and they were old almonds.
Very expensive ...so I have paid for a load of palm oil, preservatives and sugar. yuk. shame on you will never trust any of your products now.

This company has the worst customer service you will ever experience! Stay away from them! if you loose products in shipment, do a refund, dont argue it and put it on the customer!! DISGUSTING! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!
