Lovely staff, clean store

I am a regular smoker, I wanted to find a cleaner and less smelly alternative so I popped in to the Westfield store in White City, the staff were lovely and very helpful! Thank you Stefan!!!

Great product

Great product! Easy to use! Quick charging and great taste! Couldn’t ask for more! It doesn’t leave that horrible aftertaste that disposable vapes do. Definitely recommend!

A big thank you to the team at…

A big thank you to the team at Westfield! As a first time buyer of Juul or vapes in general, I was made to feel welcome in the store and the team were very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. It’s rare to get that kind of customer service these days, but the staff really seemed to care. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be going back soon.

Frequently visit the Westfield (Shepard's bush) branch and each time the customer service is immaculate and the level of professionalism is great! ALL staff is polite and very talkative.

Dropped by the White City store

Dropped by the White City store, and could not be more pleased with the experience! As an ex-smoker, the guys were really informative, helpful and made it easy to make the switch. All staff were extremely friendly, and I have been coming in just to spend time because they are so welcoming! Would definitely recommend.

Terrible

Terrible ! What word could be worst than terrible ??

My last 3 orders experience:

1) charge me twice !! And told me once is preauthorised and another once is the actual charge. So if I order 50 pounds of pods . I need to have £100 in the bank ??

2). Chard being charge , then the order page show declined . Have to wait two days for the money to be refunded .

3) order before the trip and choose 24 hours deliver . Nothing happens after 30 hours ! Email and check with them . Been told I have to contact the bank coz the transaction is still pending . It’s the first time I been told by the shop to call my bank to release the transaction! What a shxt joke !!

What worth to mention is , I contact them with the support page which fill up all my information included the order number , the customer service replied me : please provide your phone number … seriously?? Can you read or are you that unintelligent? It’s already in the email I SENT !!!!

I bin the juul device . So done with this company ! Full of shxt !!

Hisham er været en fantastisk og god…

Hisham er været en fantastisk og god kørelære der hjalp mig igen og igen med at lære at køre lastbil. Det rart at have sådan en god kørelære når man skal lære at køre sådan en stor bil. Han tøvet ikke med at gentage samme øvelser og han har været meget tålmodig og hjælpsom.

Omar hat været en rigtig god underviser der ikke tøvet med at hjælpe og svare på vores spørgsmål og hjælp os selvom undervisining var færdig. Han tog telefonen hver gang vi havde et spørgsmål

Awful company

Awful company. The customer service is appalling, they don’t know what they’re doing and have essentially blocked my account for a very simple update of personal details, with no attempt to fix it and no intention to do so.

Also products are constantly leaking and there’s no recourse for this.

And to the person who is inevitably going to respond telling me contact customer service who will be 'happy to help ' - it is the customer service team who have created the issue, they have REFUSED to help and are now ignoring all efforts to make contact - I HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS HERE - so why don't you tell me what you are going to proactively do to fix this?!

Empty pods terrible customer service

This is the first vape that I have found works for me, but… they are not widely sold so I need to buy certain stores. Actually works out more expensive buying online on their website as you then have to pay delivery. After buying 4 packets with 3 pods, either defective or empty, I put in a compliant to customer service hoping they would just replace. I then was told to open an account which I did, was then told to forward the account details, which I did, several times, even though I felt uncomfortable sharing personal details, and still no help at all. So, great product, poor service when it goes wrong.

Good product but expensive.

The vapes are very good and have been instrumental in allowing me to give up smoking due to the quality of the Virginia Tobacco flavoured product. From the very beginning of adopting this product I felt that the amount of fluid in each pod was a bit stingy and now that their prices have gone up by a significant amount I may, as others have done, be looking for a cheaper solution. Such a shame as it is a good product but it seems the company is undermining themselves by being just too money grabbing.

Juul2 cartridges leak too often

Juul2 cartridges leak too often - even when stood upright. The company’s response is to suggest you replace the cartridge and wash your hands. Not good enough, either fix the problem or supply a container that stops the device leaking over your clothes!

First time user of a vape

First time user of a vape . Was recommended this one and after a lifetime of tobacco smoking it's a surprisingly good alternative, also really like the app. to keep a check on usage / trends and so on

Good product but capsules don’t last long

I like the convenience of having the juul capsules delivered to me, and I think it’s a good product. I think customers who buy via direct debit and monthly subscription should be rewarded more via loyalty discounts. I have found that the vaping capacity of the capsules has reduced since I started using them, and they run out too quickly. So I’m having to spend more money on capsules, and they’re not that cheap. I may have to look into finding an alternative to juul for these reasons.

Mostly works fine however this product…

Mostly works fine however this product (JUUL2) is prone to Leaking quite regularly.

It can be unpleasant if this happens and i'd say it happens more regularly than it should.

Even after replacing the device, the new one did the same thing.
