Ordered a designer jacket for my son's birthday at a fantastic price in the sale. Order arrived quickly via DHL with regular updates. Securely packaged and also included the SI hanger which was a nice touch and not my experience from other retailers.
Was so happy, I immediately ordered another one for myself!
Same experience. Prompt delivery and even a hand-written note thanking me for my custom.

Excellent range of products and always very good service. When I have needed to return an item, the refund is processed immediately (in the last case, even on a Sunday).

Google maps said store was open at 9:30. Called back at 10:00 still closed so tried the door. I only wanted a belt but the man who answered said rudely that they were only doing collection only. I explained that I had traveled a long way just for the shop and he was very rude and basically shut the door in my face.
The poorest customer service I have had in a long time. It would not have hurt to be more understanding and got and sold me the belt. Very rude. Won’t be going anywhere near again. Pretentious and RUDE

Bought a pair of corduroy Kapital slacks from these guys brand new for an incredible price. Arrived unbelieveably fast. Cannot recommend enough!

Ordered a pair of Red Wing boots. Great price with a little extra discount, so very nice. The boots were delivered in the time period and the packaging was excellent. The box was efficiently sealed, so they clearly took time to do this. A thank you note in the box so a nice touch. Would definitely recommend
