I am really deeply impressed of how Kafka has progressed over the past few years. Personally believe it must be owing to the owners' vision. You are made to feel their passion for what they do every step of the way. I'm a long-term customer there already, but I'm not someone who splashes money around for the sake of it. I make conscious purchases of things I really need - barring a few occasions of things I want, like an extra scarf, hat and so on. Just yesterday purchased two tote bags, one for wife and one for me! A KMFG and an 8.15.
But my main purchases - be it a heavy winter jacket, a blazer, shirt -- have been one of the best fashion decisions I've even made. I love my wardrobe now thanks to Kafka. I used to have tonnes of clothing I didn't wear, now I have a few, but I wear all.
I know I'm not alone in singing praises to the store, but I hope this will only give them a push to become even better.
My only feedback would be to have a better presentation of sizes. I know they have the "measurement" tab there (but believe me I discovered it after a year). Of course I have come to realize that the mannequin they use seems to be a size 40 (my size!) so it would be good to know what size the mannequin is wearing. Sometimes you get that accidently in the pictures, but that doesn't seem to be systematic.
Keep up the good work team Kafka, I think you make Franz Kafka proud.

I've bought several items from Kafka over the past few years, most recently a CP Company jacket and some Stone Island t-shirts and thought I'd give them a review.

They have a wide variety of designers and not just your usual ones, which adds to the appeal. The level of information of each item, detail of pictures and correct sizing per item is the best I've ever come across. To highlight this, I'm a large and the correct sizing of two different brand jackets showed that I was an XL in one and a medium in the other. This information helps some much when shopping online and avoids unhappy customers, returns and refunds/exchanges.

Kafka have a loyalty scheme, called Patron, that entitles you to save money on all your purchases. The patron rate (% discount) also increases at certain times throughout the year, meaning even greater savings.

When your order arrives it comes in a box (well all mine have so far have but not sure if the all do). It is wrapped in paper with a note with the name of the person who individually wrapped it, which is a nice personal touch.

Emails to Kafka are responded to quite quickly and any issues resolved promptly.

I buy a lot of clothes and other good online and Kafka are one of the best I've come across, certainly for designer clothes.
