Currently looking at a few platforms and booked in a video call tour with Shear. Call lasted about an hour and was very useful and informative. Shear answered any questions I had and was very thorough with the platform.
The only 'negative' is that it has made it more difficult to decide which platform to use haha.
Ongoing support is in their favour as I can book in with Shear should I have any further questions.

This call was extremely helpful! I feel a lot more confident in the app process and am so happy I connected with Kahunas, I'm very excited for what's to come!

It's been such a seamless process. I got stuck when it got to some of the more techincal parts of the set up so organised a call with them and Mijara was so knowledgable and helpful...resolved my query in one hit and was able to help give me advice on additional stuff too.

Have always been happy with Kahunas. Any bugs that have occurred along the way they have been very quick to sort out. Customer service for me has always been 5 star

I've looked at a few apps but never quite found what I wanted - mostly the dashboards were confusing and not very easy to use. I've just had a great introductory call with Pam, who very quickly helped me understand the key features without overwhelming me. She gave me some great tips to get started, and swiftly dealt with an admin issue I had. Really great start to this and as a new coach starting out - just one less thing for me to worry about.

I came with a lot of questions, and Pam was amazing! She answered everything I needed as well as shared some of the vision and "roadmap" of what the future may look like in the app. Afterward, we recieved a recording of the call to refer to, as well as her personal calendly for further questions.

Kahunas are a company that goes above and beyond to help people using their app as they have made clear to me today. Only last night I made a mistake and accidentally purchased an upgrade when trying to view more information in said upgrade, I had flagged this up to the AI chat bot and unfortunately when I was trying to claim my refund they were already closed as it was 9pm. This morning as I woke at 5am I had received an email saying that they were in the process of sorting my refund and that it will be with me very shortly. Not even 2 hours have gone by and the refund has already been processed into my bank account. Shear was very kind and helpful also, though it was a very quick interaction (which I wasn’t expecting as it usually takes a lot of time) it was very pleasant. Amazing company, definitely using them for my coaching time.

Had a detailed meeting with Pam today to go through the features of the app. Pam was very helpful very friendly and able to explain very clearly all the features of the app and how to work it. She’s help me to understand how to use many of the features and given me the confidence that if I have any problems in the future, I can book another call to speak directly with someone who can help.

Mijara was so helpful , patient and polite a great asset to the team at Kahunas!
