Customer Service is Excellent
I have only been using Kahunas for a few months with our own branding. The kahunas team has been awesome. Google developer has been a pain in our (____) making it difficult to get our branded app launched so I scheduled a call with Pam to try to get it resolved. The issue is still ongoing but her support was excellent, and they are continuing to handle things for us to try to get the app approved. In addition to this issue I was having issues with our DNS settings and she was able to walk me through the steps on the same call to get everything fixed. To be clear, the Google Developer/Playstore is at fault for the issues we are having, not Kahunas. The kahunas support team has been non stop 10/10 with any issues or bugs we have needed to work on and I would recommend the app as a whole to anyone considering it simply based on their customer service. The ONLY minor complaint I have is that I am based in the US on eastern standard time zone so communication is difficult but its almost guaranteed if I send an email or request today, they will reply tonight while I am asleep. Again not much they can do about this but I was able to schedule a call with Pam at 7:30AM our time to make it work so all in all a great team and a great product. We love it.

Great first impression
Currently looking at a few platforms and booked in a video call tour with Shear. Call lasted about an hour and was very useful and informative. Shear answered any questions I had and was very thorough with the platform.
The only 'negative' is that it has made it more difficult to decide which platform to use haha.
Ongoing support is in their favour as I can book in with Shear should I have any further questions.

It's been such a seamless process. I got stuck when it got to some of the more techincal parts of the set up so organised a call with them and Mijara was so knowledgable and helpful...resolved my query in one hit and was able to help give me advice on additional stuff too.
