Friendly, polite and efficient staff.

Had my flu jab. Great service. Only thing is I didn’t have a reminder. Couldn’t find it on my nhs app. Think I was lucky I took a picture of appointment and managed to see it before appointment. Other wise Always had Great Service. Thank you All!

Excellent service and helpful staff. Had an injection and did not even feel it.

I was early and seen straight away. Explained reactions to the vaccine clearly. Vaccine given and didn't feel a thing . Much better than my last experience there.

It was easy to book my flu vaccination online.
When I arrived I was seen promptly. The whole experience only took about 5 minutes.

I made my appointment for Flu and COVID Booster jabs via NHS Website. I arrived a bit early and was seen bang on time. The process was quick, thorough and very well explained. The Pharmacist was very careful. Two jabs later I was on my way. Great work, thank you.

Kessie (I hope I spelt that correctly), the Pharmacist, was really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I received the flu and Covid vaccines from her, and I didn't feel a thing. She answered all my questions with ease and reassurance.

Having experienced mediocre to poor services from local pharmacies at Boots and Tesco for years when we changed to Kamsons the change was unbelievable. Boots never had my precipitions ready on time, Tesco took two weeks for regular prescriptions to be ready. Kamsons are just so efficient and quick. Professional staff and excellent service at Pound Hill.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Booked appointment on time and quickly completed. Will use again as parking is an added bonus.

Prescription sent by GP. but told by pharmacy to come back tomorrow. Needed the medication today. Never been a good service from the warlingham branch. Considering changing to a different pharmacy

I went into the pharmacy a couple of days ago to collect a script; the lady mentioned they did a drop-in service for flu jabs. Great, I thought, this saves a lot of effort.
So, popped in today (7 October) and had the jab.
All done & dusted in ten minutes.

There was no record of my booking at the pharmacy so I was treated as a walk-in and waited nearly half an hour to be seen. The staff were pleasant enough although the assistant to caried out the procedure wouldn't believe that I had made a booking when I insisted that I had.

Popped into Kamsons, Angmering to pick up a prescription. Enquired about flu vaccination expecting to be given a time to come back - within 10 mins my husband and I were both vaccinated! So efficient, thank you!

Normal buying stuff over the counter is fine but the kamsons I go to I will avoid for the flu jab in the future as I bled when she stuck me and now a week later I have a big nasty bruise, not sure she was very careful. 2 years ago I caught a cold by unmasking in the pharmacy that is not ventilated (no it wasn't mimicking the virus, it was a full on cold and it is the only place inside I unmasked, I work from home and mask in shops/trains). And the addicts flock to this one and hang around outside. Unpleasant experience all round.

Today I saw the Doctor at the Surgery. I then went to Kamsons Theale to collect recent perscription ready in minutes talked to Phamacist offered Flu and Covid Jab instantly. Injectiins done by Monica a real asset. I still say the shop and back dispensary are far to small to cope with the Village which is growing by 2000 with new builds. The Village is growing fast the Surgery now has 7 Doctors 2 Paramedics 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner they are struggling the Pharmacy is struggling and they need a New Premise urgently.
