Kamsons Pharmacy Avis 

I went in to the shop a bit ahead of my appointment time and was seen virtually immediately. I was advised not to have my Covid jab at the same time which I fully accepted. The flu jab itself I didn’t feel go in and apart from very slight discomfort when I laid on it that night have had no side effects whatsoever. Thank you Joti and Kamsons.

I would like to thank all the very helpful staff at the hailsham branch,who helped me when I realised I had run out of some of my medication.Thank you so much made a stressful situation so much easier for me.5 star customer service

Don't bother trying to make a complaint to head office, they just ignore your concerns and mistreatment and take the side of the pharmacy. Awful people.

I had a flu vaccination and I have to say what a pleasant experience it was, the gentleman who performed my jab was gentle, kind and dry informed. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is a little frightened of needles.

Our time is important too. Why everytime I call my Kamson's pharmacy do I have to wait 15 minutes for the call to be ended because no-one can take my call. Please put some answering service in place which considers the customer and then we might be nicer to your staff.

Kamsons in Goring have looked after my parents medicine requirements and I cannot praise them highly enough. They are courteous, kind and extremely helpful .

It was easy to book online for my flu vaccination, & I could book at a time to suit myself. The appointment was on time, & was quick & efficient, would recommend & use this service again.

Absolutely awful service. I've been asking for a copy of my repeat prescription for over a year and still they keep blaming the doctor when the doctor's not to blame and I'm entitled to these copies of my prescription. These people play with peoples lives by refusing to comply to the rules of suppling medication to those in need. I would not trust this company nor this branch with my life and certainly wouldn't recommend them. The GMC are now involved.

Kamsons in Godalming were really helpful when I phoned about getting a flu jab quickly before I started caring for someone who was starting chemo. They said I could go straight away to have the jab, which I did and all the staff were kind and friendly.

Thankyou Kamsons for excellent service after I queried apparent short delivery on my prescribed medication. Anna took my call and within seconds arranged afternoon delivery of the additional meds. Her cheerful approach and quick grasp of my query set my mind at rest. Where else would you get such service?

i went to the durrington manor parade one went in with a rash thepharmacist would not look at it and gave me some cream that you were not meant to put on irritated skin which my rash was obviously irritatedso later on we called 111 to get some advice on the rash 111 listen to all my symptoms and told me I needed to go down to A&Eand I ended up having shingles so I am not happy with this place because they turned me away whilst I had shingles

I've been using Kamsons off and on for several years. I've always received an extremely high level of service. Today was no exception. Shania (I think I've recalled that correctly, and forgive my spelling,) was helpful, informative, friendly, and simply excellent.
But it's not just today, or just Shania. It's every single time, every single person. I apologise for not knowing all the staff names and usually I'm in and out in a hurry and a flurry, but the descriptions I've given apply to every staff member I've ever had contact with, and those descriptions are well deserved. I must have irritated these fine people here and there with my cluelessness or my flustered, off-beat demeanor, and yet they've always been ridiculously professional, plus so warm and helpful.
So although it was today's visit that prompted this review, it's actually an accumulation of remarkable service from a team of lovely people.
Of course, the front end staff get the best and worst of us mere mortals, so they'll be familiar with regular faces and personalities. Maintaining professionalism and friendliness so consistently must be difficult sometimes, but when a visit to the pharmacy can be such a pleasant experience you know somebody is getting it right. In this case it's everybody.
Impressive, and so this is a thank you.

I visited Kamson's at 2 Cobham Court, Haslemere Avenue, Mitcham this morning to pick up my medications.

Whilst there I was offered a Flu Jab (which I needed as I'm over 65) with no waiting which was done by the Pharmacist.

At the same time I was also able to ask him some questions I had about a medication that I would now be taking.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff who work there. They are always really nice and helpful and will always give advice if I have any questions about my medicines or the best way to take them

Delivery driver aggressively banging on front door and when asked not to bang so loud he was rude and aggressive. Then he reported to Kamsons that we had been rude to him and kamsons now refuse to deliver. Awful pharmacy. Will never use them again

I'm giving one star rating due to the fact I was charged for my prescription when I am exempt and the stupid person serving didn't read it even says It on the packaging patient is exempt if you can't do your job properly get a new job!

Too few tablets supplied yet again. Staff said they can only supply whole boxes , rubbish I'm often given medication in plain boxes . They obviously failed to read the request from my surgery .
