Pésima información y no dicen las cosas…
Pésima información y no dicen las cosas como son esperan que uno use el seguro y se de cuenta del funcionamiento de la póliza, me dicen anda a cualquier veterinario y no son claros cuales cubren y que ayuda para que sea de acuerdo a lo necesitado, es una pésima idea que yo pagué un monto mensual y ustedes quieran depender de ellos poniéndome cláusulas y haciendo lo que ustedes deciden. Pensé que me ayudaría en el tema de que lo cubre todo, pero es un límite donde me van a costar las vacunas 60 dólares y se supone que en el plan más caro cubren 6 vacunas y encima me piden que yo cubra el otro monto. Pésimo pésimo no sé cómo desligarme, no me gusta nada de su forma de trabajo y he leído otras quisiera moverme.

Highly recommend.
Kanguro took 4 days to fix my app login, which felt like forever. Then they sent back my entire $100 premium as reimbursement after my $300 vet bill. Paid the vet, got my insurance money back, basically covered the whole thing for free. If this is how they operate, they can break their app every week. Highly recommend.

I filed a claim for shots and I received it, but I had to reclaim again, because my puppy was sick within the 2week warranty;so,I'm waiting to receive the refund for my puppy's medical records.
