Karma Items started in 2023. We were tired of wellness products that promised everything and delivered nothing — beautiful packaging, big claims, a guru's photograph, and no real mechanism behind any of it. So we built the opposite. Our pieces are simple objects with specific purposes. Copper bracelets sized to rest over a pressure point on the wrist that traditional Chinese medicine has used for centuries. Mala beads cut from stones that monks, healers, and ordinary people have leaned on for thousands of years. Pieces designed to be worn and forgotten about, working quietly in the background while you live your day. People come to us for different reasons, and we've stopped being surprised by any of them. Some are tense in their shoulders before they even get out of bed. Some can't sleep through the night anymore and have stopped trying to figure out why. Some have done everything right for forty years and feel like the breaks have always gone to someone else. Some are carrying a household — kids, aging parents, a partner who's struggling — and just need something for themselves that doesn't take more energy to use. I tried to wear the bracelet

I tried to wear the bracelet, but had an allergic reaction to it, so tried the other wrist and the same thing, it is a shame as I was getting loads of compliments how lovely the bracel was. Contacted Karma, dealt with my issue and promptly and professional.

Very bad. You guys didn’t send me no order confirmation after I bought the item, and didn’t send me no tracking information.

Lovely professional company.Quite a delight amidst some of my transactions of late, online, sadly. I had a little trouble with sliding the knots, on this my tibetan bracelet,to adjust size to wrist, although a gorgeous item.I was offered support and guidance immediately.With speedy decision, I was offered a refund, and in this particular case allowed to keep said item. I work spiritually,and find it a delight to see a company with what I would call a genuine spiritual lead in the their business acumen. HONOURING THEIR GUARANTEE! Rather rare in my experience. EXCELLENT customer service!!

The customer service is EXCELLENT!!! I made the mistake of ordering a bracelet that was already in a bundle of 3 and realized I didn't need it. I then emailed customer service to Please cancel the order for the bracelet while keeping the bundle.
The next morning I received 2 emails with confirmation that they were working on it and all would be taken care of. Love this company. I've ordered prior and the bracelets are beautiful and the quality is great!!!
