the bracelets were nice. I'm not sure if they did anything for us. My only complaint is that I was not aware of any monthly subscription fee. I didn't pick up on it until after 5 or 6 times. They were very cooperative in cancelling to subscription. I thank them for that

Well, I haven't got my merchandise yet, but I had a mix up on the ordering and ended up ordering duplicate. The exact same. And reached out to customer service as soon as it happened. And they have been absolutely great responded quickly found the orders going to take care of everything quickly. It's one of the better customer service companies I have ever had to deal with now. When I get my bracelets, we'll see how they are, but as far as right now, they have got top-notch customer service couldn't be more pleased

Had an initial issue when ordering my items from here but it was resolved very quickly and professionally in a speedy manner and was very impressed by them overall in giving the best customer service experience..

Purchased a lazuli lapis prayer bead. Blue dye transferred to my skin. I thought they had enhanced the lazuli lapis color so I put it in acetone to reveal the natural stones. Unfortunately it was not lazuli lapis as advertised. Instead it is blue coral reef!!! There is natural grounding properties with the blue coral reef stones. Buyer beware.

I bought some beads off these clowns as a one off purchase. I noticed additional money out of my account. I then searched my account and they had done this 3 times.

I didn't knowingly sign up for anything else apart from the beads. This is what they said in their reply

Aggressive seller company! I found on Facebook/ Instagram. I only ordered 2 Tibetan bracelets and they charged me for 3.. I then asked for refund for 3rd bracelet and I guess I was lucky to get 25$ back out t 70$ order. They charged 20$ extra for supposed blessing that I believe is bogus.. no proof of that . I've been wearing the Tibetan copper bracelet for like 1 month and I've noticed top layer it's peeling off ‼️ like if it's laminated / plated copper and not real copper ‼️ it shows l metal / aluminum color under it‼️ I feel like I've been scammed! Imberrased to tell my girlfriend hey the copper bracelet I gave you is fake 🤥 sorry 😂 like wt‼️ 😂 unbelievable. I've been deceived. Not ever in my life will ever order any else from here. Fraudulent company ‼️ stay away ‼️

I bought from this company from a Facebook ad with aggressive upselling. I agreed to buy one bracelet with a "blessing" upcharge, but never received the product. Then i noticed 4 separate charges on my credit card, including one recurring subscription charge. I never agreed to a subscription! I had to cancel my credit card for it to stop.

Careful. They will sign you up for subscription without telling you, mine was $7.50 every 5 days. My item hasn't shipped in 5 days, I'm gonna contact them, then dispute. Also, how is this not illegal?

I ordered the copper bracelets. I got an email shortly after that telling me I had joined an elite membership. It did not mention any cost, so I ignored it. I did not request any membership nor agree to any recurring monthly charges of $7.90. The telephone number they list to contact them has been disconnected. This is a dishonest company. I do not recommend ordering from them as it has been a real headache stopping their recurring charges for a service I never agreed to.

I would strongly caution others before buying from Karma Items.

I made a one-time purchase and was then charged for a subscription I did not knowingly intend to join. When I first raised the issue in November, I was told the subscription had been canceled and that I would not be charged again. Later, in Feb, I noticed they had continued to charged. I raised the issue again in February, I received another written confirmation stating that my subscription had been permanently canceled, all post-November charges had been refunded, my payment information had been removed, and no further billing would occur.

Despite those written assurances, I was billed again in March and still no refund. They have been charging $7.99 every month. At this point, I don't see an option but, to cancel my credit card and get a new one because, they will not cancel the subscription or refund.

What is most concerning is not just the charge itself, but the repeated pattern of being told the issue was resolved when it clearly was not. A business can make a mistake once. Repeating the same billing problem after multiple customer complaints and written confirmations is unacceptable.

I gave them the opportunity to fix this privately and professionally before taking the matter further. Unfortunately, I had to report the charges to my bank.

My concern here is integrity and trust. If a company tells a customer an account is canceled, refunds are processed, and no further billing will happen, that statement should mean something. In my experience, it did not.

I would not purchase from this company again.

First they added things to my order that I hadn’t agreed to. Then they refunded the extra charges and promised that the 3 bracelets would be shipped in 3 days. They never arrived. Now I see that they have refunded the full amount of my order, but the refund hasn’t been posted to my account.
Instead of good karma, it has been nothing but bad karma.

The bracelets were nothing like I expected So I tried several ways to reach a person to speak with. I did have a conversation with Mays and then Anny and was finally told to return products for a refund. On February 28, 2026 I put the items in the mail at the post office. On the payment receipt it shows delivery date and signature of person who signed for the package. Inside was a list of order numbers, #85580 and #85582, with items returned and costs and total refund that I should receive. When can I expect my refund? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Do not buy anything from this company complete fraud keep taking money out of my account every month only bought one bracelet and they do not reply to any emails

I ordered the FluxMesh Grounding Bedsheet but it did not fit my bed the way I anticipated. They did send me a return label and it got returned. Getting credit back is another matter. It's been over a month with promises of credit being given but nothing happening.

Terrible fraud company to order from. They did not respond to emails and I just notice they are charging my credit card $7.90 a month calling it a recurring charge. Impossible to get in touch with anyone. The mala necklace looked cheap and took a long time to receive. I probably sent them 6 or 7 emails and they never responded.
