I would have given zero stars if I could and I wish I’d read the reviews before I fell for the phoney advertising. I thought I was getting a realistic robotic toy dog as in the video. What I got was a synthetic, piece of rubbish that I would not even buy from a dollar store or flea market. It wasn’t even neatly packaged, it was thrown in a box that was too big without padding. Clearly it wasn’t worth the effort.

Not satisfied and old 😡😡😡🤬do not buy the robot dog u will never get it I in proceed to sue kelansu company . And anybody so want to join me to this law sue pls email me at patricia brodin on my Facebookand rite at petition with I will give it to my lawyer ur petition and she contact u this at scam company Pinterest need to take off ppls like that and I will sue next Pinterest too

Schrecklich! Nichts was dort auf der Website beschrieben wurde stimmt! Es passen sicher gerade mal 100ml rein (statt wie beschrieben 300-400). Innen drin ist einfach Metall reingeklebt (also nichts von “natürlicher Isolierung“). Das Material ist alles andere als ein Kristall und sieht einfach aus als hätte meine dreijährige Tochter sich da dran mal mit Farbe ausprobiert. Einfach der größte Scam!

I got scammed bad ! The toy dog I got was NOTHING to the description they show on line, they didn’t reply to my emails . So you can not get in contact with them , It was a cheap cheap little toy.Thanks to all of you that took the time to warn others.I only wish I had done it before 😫

Absolutely agree with previous comments. A realistic puppy? WHAT A JOKE!!! Some videos seen on Pinterest ads are deceitful and show real live puppies making you believe that"s what you'll get. NOOOOT! Cheap, unrealistic, could come out of a pop-corn box😡
DON'T BUY!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They and other similar websites offer to sell a puppy ROBOT! It was advertised on Pinterest and I thought Pinterest vetted the people who advertise on their site. I bought one and after the extra charges it cost almost $50.00! It's just some cheap Chinese crap that did not even include batteries. I tried to contact them and never heard back. I tried to leave a review on their website but it is impossible.
It is NOTHING like the ones in the videos on their website. THE WEBSITE IS SO MISLEADING! You could buy the same thing at the Dollar store for about $5.00. The videos show a man building an actual robot and show a "robot puppy" interacting with people. NONE of this is correct.
I wish I could upload my photos and video to compare to the videos they posted.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write these reviews!! I too ordered the crystal mug from the ad on Pinterest. I noticed yesterday that they had not shipped it and emailed them. They did not respond, and after reading your reviews I canceled my order and requested a refund through PayPal. I also took the time to write to Pinterest telling them that they are allowing scammers to scam their patrons and that I will no longer be able to trust their advertisers or purchase from their site!

I ordered the mineral crystal mugs. The size is about half what they claim and they are not made of mineral crystals at all, but are actually plastic. I put a review on their website and they deleted it.

Do Not order the robot Dog.
The product you receive bears no resemblance to the one advertised in every respect. Size, quality, appearance etc. You will be offered 15% refund to keep it.
TOTAL DISASTER. Scam is an understatement.

Ordered a puzzle that never came even though the tracking said it was delivered. No response from company.

Worst experience ever. I'm the other idiot the ordered a "mineral - crystal" mug and received a plastic mug with spray paint. They refuse to answer any emails. It's a nightmare. Over $125 paid. This is theft and unconscionable. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. It's awful!

This is a SCAM. I ordered the Robot Puppy which looks cute and awesome in the video. That is not what I received. It looks very, very cheaply made and it only moves it's head from from side to side that's it. It will not follow you or bark or do any of those things in the video. DO NOT ORDER THIS ROBOT PUPPY!

Ordered a robot puppy that looked awesome online.. turned up and is nothing like what i ordered. It’s a platis POS all written in Chinese . Could have bought it from Cole’s for $5 NOT HAPPY

Was soll ich sagen, dass meine Vor-Poster nicht schon geschrieben haben. Habe zum Glück mit paypal gezahlt. Hab die Sache dort gemeldet. 24h und die Bestätigung von paypal über die Rückerstattung war da.
Natürlich hätte ich es mir denken können, dass die Tassen nicht ganz sauber sind. Wie einige andere habe ich mich von den coolen Bildern verführen lassen. Und die Seite ist anscheinend genau darauf aus. Ich werd in Zukunft vorsichtiger sein.

Ho acquistato un giocattolo per gatti , "Passero che sbatte le ali" attenzione non comprate da questa azienda , mettono delle immagini e delle caratteristiche
che poi il prodotto non le ha. nel mio caso il passero non era ricaricabile e non sbatteva le ali , infatti il mio gatto neanche lo ha considerato . per fortuna ho pagato con paypal e mi hanno rimborsato.

Not even worth 1 st77ar. The cat toy birds did not move and were not rechargeable. Nothing like advertised. Absolutelyrubbish.
