Kenco Avis 

New blend not so nice. Also waste a third of the cup as it leaves brown coffee silt at the bottom of my cup. Bought 5 jars and now gutted cos I’ve drank this for years and now left with coffee I dislike

New and improved Kenco Millicano on offer,brought 3 of the smaller cans😃🤦🏻.
Halfway through second feel awful after every cup with a terrible dry powdery after taste.
Will find new brand after many years.🥴

Kenko have ruined this coffee. It tastes like the sweeping up dregs. My favorite coffee for years. Always took it with me! Not anymore. Silly buggers !!!!!!

Awful. Kenco obviously trying to increase their profit margins by a downgrade in quality. Have been buying this for years, but won't be from now on.

I have been a millacano drinker for over 10yrs , am so disappointed in the re branded coffe which is a horrible powder and less ground coffee content, so much so I have switched brand , sort it out kenko

I really don't understand why suppliers mess about with tried and tested recipes unless, of course, this is just another attempt to save money by developing an inferior product. My regular Kenko Really Rich has become truly horrible and I will be changing to another brand.

The changed recipe has crept in over the last couple of months and it’s digusting.
I stopped buying kenco coffee about 3 months ago due to the horrible taste,the lack of grains disolving and the sludgy sediment left in the bottom of my mug,
I have bought a jar this week only to find that its still that cheap tasting recipe,so it’s in the bin and im switching back to nescafe gold.
So kenco by the reviews left here you've lost a lot of customers and I for one wont be making the mistake of buying your coffee again 👎👎👎👎👎

As a coffee addict I have been drinking Kenco Smooth for years and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now, apart from bring ripped off paying the same price for a smaller jar, it tastes awful. The sludge and dark ring left behind says it all. I will not be buying any more so they have lost a good customer of many years...the search now begins for a decent instant coffee!!

Hey Kenco, what have you done to your instant coffee? Recent purchase results in weaker taste, brown sludge at bottom of mug, not dissolving well. Will not buy again after many years of satisfaction.

The changes to Kenco coffee is awful, leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. It’s no longer a smooth drink and has for the quote in the jar, “Uplift in every sip”, that statement is no longer true. It’s not uplifting and every sip cannot be enjoyed due to the sludge left at the bottom of the cup.

New awful recipe and smaller jar for same price. Shrinkflation and sludge at the bottom of every cup. Yuck. Bye bye Kenco. Now switched brands.

I’ve stuck to kenco smooth for many years, but the recent change is awful. Not only have you shrunk the amount of coffee in the jar, which is just a cheap trick. You have changed the formula to one that leaves a dark sludge at the bottom of the cup, and a dark ring around the top and tastes awful. How did you not notice that when testing the new formula? Sorry Kenco but I’m going to be looking else for my morning coffee now.

I have been drinking Kenco smooth for many years and have enjoyed. The new recipe is not good. It is bitter, tastes burnt and leaves sludge in the cup. I am really disappointed and will be looking for alternatives and I know many more people will. It has not been changed for the customer it has been changed to save the company money.

I agree with all the other reviewers…… I have bought Kenco Rich for years but I now find the latest blend is EXTREMELY POOR TASTE , with dark sludge at the bottom of the coffee. I won’t be buying anymore and the unfortunate thing is I have another full jar I will have to get rid off as I don’t enjoy drinking it anymore.
Why did Kenco feel they had to change the recipe in the beginning…… if something is not broken why try to fix it …..!!!!!!

This household will no longer be buying Kenco Rich - the strange taste along with coffee grains floating on surface and a disgusting powdery sludge at the bottom of the cup has now totally put us off.
Why the hell change a recipe that has been loved for years? Very bad decision on your part Kenco!!

Agree with others that my favourite coffee "improved recipie" is awful. I wont be purchasing anymore.

It seems the coffee has changed. What was once a lovely morning coffee, it now has a powdery sludge at the bottom of the cup, leaves a vile taste on your mouth

Kenko Millicano has been the only instant coffee I have enjoyed drinking for years. The new recipe with it's powder texture just does not taste the same.
I will have to get the cafitiere out!

The sludge at the bottom of cup is horrendous. Looks like il have to change my brand. Doesn’t taste the same

After drinking this coffee for well over a decade I recently noticed a change in flavour ( as well as a shrinkage in weight of jar contents).
I initially thought that it was just a bad batch despite never having an issue before. Turns out they have changed the recipe - now it taste bitter, sometimes metallic and never completely dissolves. Good luck with trying to drink it when you are faced with a tar like sludge at the bottom of each drink. Change it back Kenco. Think I will change brands for a while - maybe Kenco will come to their senses again.
