Kenco Avis 

The new kenco millicano intense has been my favorite coffee for so long BUT the new design and taste is awful I do not like it anymore I have desperately tried to find the old style tins and when I have finished those I'm afraid I will no longer be able to drink ..having both tins at home it is so obvious they are no longer the same coffee the smell and taste is totally different .and I also dislike the powdered style it now is .overall it is not pleasent what a shame to spoil a good coffee

Like lots of other reviews on here, a loyal Kenco customer, will be finding new brand.
The disappointing thing also is, no announcement from Kenco before the change, and total silence regarding any answers to the reviews and changes customers are finding.
Who said the customer is king?

Like many other people I have been buying Kenco coffee for years and years.
Was disappointed that they did us out of 10g per jar. Then to be faced with sludge at tge bottom of the cup.
If I wanted crap coffee I would buy it at a fraction of the price.
Kenco sack your taster it’s awful coffee now.

Drunk Kenco smooth for over 25 years and now its disgusting.
Your 10% added grounds, leave a nasty sludge at the bottom of the cup and has a taste that is horrible.

Disgusting taste and sludge left at the bottom. What rubbish are they giving us now all to make profit. I have been drinking Kenco Rich coffee for over 10 years....I will not be buying another jar....so Kenco loses.

You've changed your Kenco Rich and not for the better. Sludgy residue, nasty taste totally agree with others reviews. Won't be buying it again unless you change it back to how it was. It WAS the best.

Have always drunk Kenco but I won't be anymore new blend tastes awful ,very weak and leaves horrible sludge inside your mug.

Don't like the new kenco smooth. Tastes weak and watery, sits on the top of the cup. Why change a winning format? Will now be looking for a decent replacement after years and years of enjoying this coffee.

Recipe for Kenco Rich has been changed and is now tasteless, has a bitter aftertaste and leaves a revolting sludge.
Goodbye Kenco after decades of loyal custom.

After many years of Kenco Rich being my 'go to' coffee it has now changed. Dark, undesolved sludge at the bottom of every cup and a more bitter taste. At the end of this current jar I won't be buying it again

Me and my partner been drinking kenco rich blue top for ever, but what you’ve replaced it with red top is terrible. Doesn’t even taste smell like coffee. We bought 3 large jars as per usual. Big Mistake, I’m afraid going in bin. Won’t be buying anymore, kenco you’ve got it wrong.

Kenco Rich was a lovely coffee but since the recipe changed we have stopped buying it, trying an Aldi coffee now which has no sludge and tastes OK.

Used to buy 6-10 cans per month. Won’t touch it now, tastes rank. Recommend M&S as alternative.

I usually buy Kenco rich coffee but like many people noted the shrinkage of of jars and contents. But also why I will not buy this coffee any more is the change to the blend which has completely change the taste badly and it leaves sludge in the bottom of the mug ukkk.

I have used Kenco dark roast for years which I have always enjoyed but since repackaging the coffee it is disgusting. At first I thought I hadn't boiled the kettle and had poured cold water into the cup. It's now very flat and looks like sludge in the cup, and has no taste what so ever. I won't be buying it again. I am very disappointed, Kenco have spoilt a very popular product.

I've been a loyal kenco rich coffee drinker for over 15yrs and recently I bought a new jar. I wasn't happy about paying same money for 190g but he ho I got over I was just happy I could have a cuppa when I got home. I first noticed something wasn't right because when I broke the seal not the usual aroma but didn't think too deeply about it but what came next was the taste it just wasn't the same infact I honestly had to look at the jar to make sure I'd bought the correct coffee then came the residue left on the inside of my cup and the horrible sludge left at the bottom of my cup absolutely made me feel sick. Kenco have lost a loyal customer as I've binned the full jar and trying to now find a new coffee. Why try to fix something that's not broken!!

Always been a Nescafé gold drinker but decided to buy the big jar of kenco since it was on offer, bitterly disappointed, it's don't smell like coffee yet taste like coffee, it just tastes like Ur drinking warm milk, I certainly won't be wasting £6 again

On the search for a new coffee.!!! Kenco Stop going for cheaper ingredients and altering the recipe of a lovely coffee... I wont be buying again

I have drunk Kenco Millicano decaf for ages. What on earth has happened to it? It’s now powder instead of granules. Which if the taste was the same I wouldn’t mind so much but it isn’t. It tastes like the coffee you get at a mates house who doesn’t drink coffee so just bought the cheapest to have it in the cupboard. It’s gross. Will not be buying any more.
