Louise has been extremely helpful in arranging damp assessments and has shown great flexibility throughout the process. She has been very accommodating whenever questions have arisen, and the service provided has been excellent.

Jim was very efficient dealing with the tenants and the landlord. They carried out the survey within 24 hours and provided a survey report for the damp course treatment and prices within 48 hours. Jim has now liaised with all parties to book in the work next week. Jim was very professional and helpful

Extremely efficient! I emailed, asking for a copy of a certificate of guarantee for work that had taken place a few years previously. I received the certificate within a couple of hours of sending my email. I can't believe how efficient this company is!!!!

Tom and Reece were very friendly,professional, helpful and understanding.They kept things very neat and tidy. After finishing each Room vent they vacuum and made sure everything is at its place.

The surveyor was at my property for about 15 mins and the report came back within hours with blurry photos which I think indicates the complete lack of thoroughness. The recommendation was (of course) a damp proof course for rising damp.

I have since commissioned a water damage report from an independent company who don't sell any remediation products and they have concluded that the main issues are the result of internal water leaks and they don't believe there is rising damp. They were at the property for 2 hours and used thermal imaging devices.

The survey from Kenwood was completely inaccurate and it was quite obvious they just wanted to sell me a damp proof course for thousands of pounds which it turns out I don't need

Kenwood did an excellent job of damp proofing on our property nearly 14 years ago but when I had a query following a recent surveyor's report they could not have been more helpful. Having contacted them via their website I received a follow-up email and then a call from Chis Allum, Customer Services Manager.
This was excellent customer service that is increasingly rare these days.

Extremely efficient, helpful and kind. would definitely recommend. Chris has been a great help!

This was our second time using Kenwood. We chose them because their work is high standard, comes with guarantees and very professional. We had to damp proof a lot of our ground floor, a job that apparently is normally done when there are no dwellers. Glenn & Dan were knowledgeable, lovely and efficient and worked around a 4 person family containing and clearing all dust. Our one hiccup was on day one when we found out the job would take longer than the office described and that we had to remove radiators. This information was in the original report but buried in 17 pages of info. I'd recommend the office to ensure customers have read your small print and as a customer ask for the dream team Glenn & Dan

Kenwood has ruined my rental set up. I committed to spening nearly 7k on a damp course, which has left me with recurrent damp patches. The aftercare, and the one particular person (Christopher Allum) whom I have been left to deal with, is rude, stubborn and seems to hate communicating with his customers. There has evolved to be a new intensively damp patch, as they decided to leave a single small 1ft area untreated, right in the middle of the wall. So all the moisture has been now capillaried to that spot. Its a direct result of their poor decision making on my job. They have made me pay twice 180 to revisit and discuss things, so thats £360!!! Just to communicate! Are wont take any responsibility for their work, and keep sending me week late monosyllabic and rude replies offering to quote me for new works. A guy came to review the job yesterday, who seemed nice, and verbally admitted that they should have included that small area in the works, so he would try to help me, but yet again Christopher Allum, who I would never want to deal with again, has shut all of it down and offered to quote me for works. 7K!! PLus horrific after care.. and £360 for even a conversation. And still a damp house, that the council is now on my case about. Never using Kenwood again. feel like its a power game rather than customer service, They have clearly screwed up.

I sent a request and was called back immediately. After sending images, I got a call from Jim O'Malley who, after look v at our images, gave me some very helpful advice, advising that our problem probably isn't a damp issue and we need another professional. He could easily have come out, charged us a survey fee and then said the same thing but he didn't. Extremely helpful and professional and wouldn't hesitate recommending Kenwood for one second!
