I ordered a £70 jacket from KershKicks, which when delivered, was screwed in a tight ball and posted to me in the smallest parcel bag ever! The item was completely covered in creases and I’ve had to pay to get this dry cleaned as it looked like a second hand item.
The only delivery option available at the check out was £9 ‘Premium Express Shipping’, which I used. I certainly wouldn’t describe throwing an expensive item into a bag ‘premium’.
I emailed KershKicks over a week ago about the state of my item and haven’t even received a response, despite their auto-response saying their response time is 24 hours.
I’ve ended up paying £74 for the item, £9 for delivery and now dry cleaning expenses on top. A very expensive waste of time!

Cannot get in touch to find when my order can be collected. Tried email and instagram no reply and cannot get a telephone number. Will now need to go to the shop. Very inconvenient. Never again.

Manchester Store
I was in Manchester doing abit of Christmas Shopping with my family and we found ourselves in the KershKicks Manchester Store.
The staff were fantastic and gave us a lot of time to talk about the shoes and gave us a bit of history about them. Really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service, ordered a shoe instore as they didn’t have the size available, gave them my address and the shoes arrived 2 days later just before my sons birthday, couldn’t be happier with the experience will definitely be back! Thanks again.

I won’t buy from here again.
I saw the awful reviews on this store and instantly panicked after placing a £300 Christmas order online. I have nothing good but nothing bad to say about the company. The customer service was okay, the delivery could’ve been better but also could’ve been a lot worse. Customer service replied within 24 hours which I liked and were a little helpful. Delivery took 2 weeks instead of the 3-5days you pay £5 for, although when I complained they did refund me the £5. I had to email customer service a few times to prompt them to ship my parcels otherwise I feel like it may have been longer than a 2 week wait. All parcels have arrived now so can't be too unhappy. I won't be shopping here again, I feel you can get better delivery treatment from a more high end store like Farfetch or Selfridges which sell the same stuff and won't leave you waiting 2 weeks for £300 worth of items.

Amazing service and store
Came into the Liverpool store and received excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived into the store knowing what I wanted to purchase and ended up leaving the store with more as they had the shoes in stock that I had been trying to get hold of for a while.
Great store and would 100% recommend.

We would like to clarify that all of our stock is 100% guaranteed authentic. The specific item in question was purchased directly from the brand itself, and we hold receipts to verify its authenticity.
Upon reviewing our customer service records, we were unable to locate any previous correspondence regarding this matter. Additionally, as the purchase was made over two years ago, we are unable to address this issue further and now consider the matter closed.

If I could give zero stars I would,
My order #49918, in which I have sent several emails and have also raised a dispute with my bank in which they refused to reply to.
My order was delivered by DPD, but was left on my doorstep, in which I never received. I suspect it was taken from my door step as when I got home it wasn’t there. DPD still signed my order as delivered, I have complained to this company several times as I didn’t receive this order and they have ignored me.
Stay clear of this company, and avoid any problems please!!!!

Our records confirm that the correct item was dispatched within the allocated timeframe, fulfilling our obligation to you as a customer. Upon receiving your concern, we promptly contacted our courier, DPD, for further clarification. They confirmed that the parcel was successfully delivered and provided proof of delivery to support this.
As the parcel was marked as delivered and proof has been supplied, we recommend reaching out to DPD directly if you believe there has been an issue on their end.
We genuinely value our customers and have taken every possible step to resolve this matter.
Disgusting business practices
They had a sealed case of bear bricks for sale on their website, I placed an order however THEY cancelled the order 4 days later stating they don’t have stock, when you check on their website they’re now selling the individual bear bricks for the same price as the sealed case, absolutely disgusting business practice, I have screen shots and the emails and will be reporting them to trading standards. I would avoid buying anything from these people
