I’ve bought quite a few shoes from here over the years and they never disappoint! Great customer service in store too, and have the widest range of shoes and clothing! All round been great and never had an issue here.

Be careful for this shop writing their own good reviews !!!! Who tf goes here and says it good prices ? 😂 come of it , Really really really really bad . Will have shoes up for £220 preowned and then offer you £15 for yours. 5 different colourways £15 each ( all different sizes , different colourways , different condition ) how can they be worth the same ? The buyer ( kid) has no idea what he’s on about scared to make offers an has to go whisper to the boss even tho the kid is the only buyer 🤦 after mentioning about there shoes being £220 an ruined they said “ we made this mistake we had them a year now “ so instead of taking responsibility as a buisness and selling there pre owned shoes for what they are worth ( which they admitted they well over paid ) also offering me £15 for better pairs , they won’t reduce there stock an take the Loss they will simply hope someone is stupid enough to pay the price so they can profit which is disgusting if your buying preowned take responsibility, £15 for size 9 reverse neons Airmax 95 no sole peeling few scuffs but come on cheapest pair any size on eBay any condition is £90 ! But yeah don’t waste your times with the Manchester store because the buyer doesn’t have a clue he didn’t even no the names of them , no research just offered the least he could 🤣🤣 multiple size 9 mints on there eBay 160-200 I said £100 for mine better
Condition they said miles of , kids living on planet mars , and as for the shop I was outside for five minutes waiting for someone to show there face , once let in a customer come to the door ( door was locked ) there was 3 members of staff working , they all just looked at the customer to the point they stopped trying and walked away 🤣I resell my self just on instagram ( no shopfront no big name ) I sold 2 pairs for £180 while I was driving my wasted journey home so it just shows how scummy they are to offer people £15 a pair !! Also sold 3 pairs to another shop yesterday for £210 which were out
Of this bundle they offered £15 each on 🤣🤣🤣GET YOURSELF A BUYER WHO HAS A CLUE , most uncomfortable visit I’ve ever had in my life to any buyer or shop

UPDATED EDIT - being used has nothing to do with what happened , you have worse condition airmax 95 crystal blues on eBay which you openly admitted and they was £210 so how can mine in better condition be worth £15? 😂stop lying and waffling about boxes when yours have no box and are £200 more ! You offered the same price for size 6 kiss my airs as you did size 10 mint ogs how does that make sense ? You asked me to come down sayin it will effect the prices that’s fine all my prices were less then half of eBay’s lowest starting bid and you still offered £15 , if you take 10 different cars to trade in that are used they wouldn’t say £100 each because each one is different condition , age , model etc your buyer didn’t have a single clue about airmax 95s that’s why he was scared you knew I travelled an hour an you tried taking the piss thinking I would take it as I travelled down , you also said £10 would be most then you got up to £20 when I laughed and said I’d go home ? You have reverse neons same condition no box for sale £100 , I said £50 for mine ? Better still I sold the reverse neons an mints on the way home for £190 !!! So that just shows how uneducated your 15 year old buyer is , aswell as scurrying of to the boss to whisper I don’t no what to offer 😂🤣🤣🤣you can keep lying about conditions an boxes or I can upload the full thing which I recorded ??? That would be fun wouldn’t it , an real show people how you function when customers are standing at the door an your all looking at each other like some fools

It's a scam, I ordered a golden supreme lighter that cost €160 and it still hasn't appeared, that was 7 months ago, shame on you, don't get scammed

I ordered some Ugg slippers for Christmas and it was an unwanted gift. I returned these on 30/12/24 as advised via the returns portal and I still have not had any confirmation or any feedback let alone the money. No way to contact either other than the numerous emails I have sent.
It’s 17th feb and I still have had no email or response let alone money. It’s still showing as pending in your portal
I have reached out and emailed several times and had NO response..

My girlfriend has placed an order since the 28 of December to buy me a hoodie for my birthday well I have not received it till this day of 15 of January so I have had no gift thanks for ruining my birthday mate

15nth of January today Have raised a dispute with my bank since the 11nth of January tried to contact them through instagram saying the situation and that i want a full refund because since the 28 of december that I have made my order for just ONE hoodie and is not that they shipping it from Australia or something nothing has come and I dont want anything to come I just want this case to end it is nearly been a month now!! They are thieves taking your money and disappearing!
