Glasgow store
I visited the Glasgow store today and I would highly recommend a visit. Staff were very friendly, the store had a great selection of stock and I enjoyed having a chat with them. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Not received order
Please help me, I placed an order on 26 March and the money left my account with SP Kershkicks as the provider, nothing received and when I contacted them they have no record of my order and said it’s a 3rd party payment issue, how can that possibly be when it came out of my account from Kershkicks ?

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I have ordered several paris of trainers from here previously with no issue. However; i ordered a pair of trainers and hoody on the 7th march. The trainers came the next day but still no hoody 3 weeks later. I have emailed 9 times and made contact via instagram, to only recieve 1 email back asking me to confirm and I quote "are you saying the Fear of God Essentials hoody was not in the parcel" I have responded confirming this and proof from tracking that the hoody was not with the trainers and was apparantly coming seperately also showed the order being "partially fulfilled" still no response. I have now asked for a refund, still not response. Do not waist your time with this company.

Our team responded to all your emails within 24 hours, and as we explained in our messages, we needed to conduct a full investigation both internally and with our courier, DPD. Unfortunately, these investigations can take up to two weeks, but they are necessary to ensure we handle the matter properly.
Once the investigation was complete, we resolved the issue and sent a replacement for your missing hoodie. We always aim to provide the best service possible, and we appreciate your patience while we followed the correct process.

Travis Scott low medium olive came with no pink laces
I ordered some Travis Scott low medium olive's at the start of this year and they arrived promptly and was please with the delivery time however the box came slightly damaged and it came with no pink laces only two pairs of black laces so I'm unsure as to whether they are real or whether this was just a random mistake, everything on the shoe seems legit, I haven't used an authenticator as of yet but the fact that no pink laces have come makes me nervous as to whether they are real and of course not being able to return them makes it annoying I can't switch for a pair that have the pink laces but I ordered them knowing I wouldn't be able to return so can't grumble about that. Also makes you wonder how much they are checking as it's not hard to miss the fact that there are no bright pink laces. All I'd say is if you are wondering to make a purchase maybe go in store and check they're real instead of buying online if you can.
