Ketosource has been immensely useful in the last few months both by guiding me with information that enabled me to be successful in pursuing my intention to lose body fat through ketosis and by daily support by email.
The app provides access to the right products and the ability to ask questions by email, my question have had rapid replies.
I was already following an attempt at ketosis as suggested by my GP but the available information from that source was minimal and confused hence not very successful.
Ketosource changed that for me.
Keto source doesn’t just support fat loss, there is information and guidance for people with other needs.

As far as I am concerned it has enabled me to it has changed my health as well as my weight.

Great products & service. Well priced. Offer MCT in glass which Bulletproof does not. UK based. What’s not to like.

What a waste of time and money, I fell for the hype on your promotion and foolishly paid for a product that does not do what it claims,not one pound of weight has been lost and unfortunately due to no receipt I cannot request a refund for useless material needless to say I will not waste any more money on this pointless product

I didn’t know what to expect from these bars. I’ve tried so many “diet bars” before and they all tasted like something is missing. Ketone bars are a league of their own. They’re rich in chocolate, have the right amount of sweet taste with a twist of caramel. They taste so healthy. Importantly they curb my sugar crave. They’re filling and satisfying. When I have a bar in the afternoon I often can go without dinner. I’m in love with these bars

I was very keen on getting the Starter Kit & Keto Bars as I enrolled into the Challenge they happening during the week of my order.
The Shipping Cost I do must say is expensive to get it, thought I will give it a go since there are so many positive reviews about their Products.
To my disappointment, the order never got delivered to my place, instead for whatever reason, my order got returned to the sell without my knowledge.

I only found out that it was returned by an automated email that was sent to me.

I contacted the Support Team about it, to get it sorted, however in over 5 days there was no answer from them.

It's a shame that Customer Support is so bad, that one can't even get an order sorted, last time I ordered from them online!

After I wrote another complain to the Owner, the Support got finally back to me.

Telling met that the Parcel is on its way.

Which it was but to be honest, it almost took them 3 Weeks to deliver it. I ordered it on 12 September 2020 and received it, with an additional delivery fee because of the control service in Germany, that was added and I had to pay that at the Door.

The Order itself was £66.80, the delivery charge from Ketosource was another £18.60 and because of added control charges I had to pay at the Door the Delivery Guy another £16.77 on extra fee.

That totals on £35.37 alone on Delivery Fees for a small order of £66.80, that's just not worth it and this should of been mentioned prior to me ordering that those additional fees will occur.

After complained about that, the Customer Support was kind enough to refund the Shipping FEE to make up for the added expenses.

Which is why I changed my review from 1 star to 3 star, however still I would not buy again from them due to all the issues I had with the delivery taking almost 3 weeks.

Thank you again for the great service! Time and time again on time and exactly what's needed. Great company. Highly recommended.

Here , love the chocolate bars and the keto cereal. I have ordered a couple times and I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered 2 boxes and I had them with me in less than 48 hours (arrived on a Saturday). I got 2 boxes and one extra bar - which was a nice present. The boxes have a 1-page summary explanation of the science behind the bars and you also have several links to watch videos about the ingredients and nutrients (it is good to know what we put into our bodies).
I am loving the bars too. They are a filling and yummy. I am also wearing a glucose monitor and I can guarantee that they don't give me a glucose spike. So it is clearly a good and truly keto-snack.

I have made a purchase in error, people make mistakes, and wanted to cancel the order. I followed the exact procedure mentioned on the website regarding cancellation but had no response. Neither via telephone, which keeps placing me on voicemail throughout the past 6 hours, nor via email. I am really frustrated as I had no correspondence whatsoever from the company, even though I was advised by a colleague to purchase from them. I got a text from DPD saying that the order has been dispatched and I can view the order history. Up till my call, it could have been easily cancelled, but I got ignored.

Prompt delivery. Lets see how it goes. First batch.

I believe you must have changed your delivery people because now if I am out they leave it in a safe place whereas before I would have to go to the post office to collect it which is a bit of a journey for me.
