No confirmation email, but great resolution
For some reason I didn’t get a confirmation email, so it’s only a four star rating. The other side of this is that Michelle in CS did a fantastic job of helping me track down my order. She got me a tracking number within a business day. Very happy with the support!
Good Customer Service
Order arrived in fair amount of time- originally the package went to the wrong location but customer service assured me the carrier would reroute my package to my address. Kidrobot was very communicative and my package did arrive after a very small delay.
Everything Arrived, Including my Preorder
Communication could have been a little better as I had placed a preorder and didn't know when, or after reading review on this site, if it would arrive. They had shipped the rest of my order previously and everything had been great, but when I saw the item was in stock and had some reviews already and hadn't received a shipping notification yet for mine, I was a bit worried about my order so I contacted customer service, got a fairly quick response and within the next week my preorder shipped and arrived so I am happy with my most recent experience.
Fixed issue with shipping
Fixed issue with shipping. So I feel that the service team went above and beyond helping me fix an issue with the addressee on my order. The person I worked with was super nice and very patient. They communicated with me in a timely manner and I honestly feel that they did a fantastic job. I know some of the reviews don't sound so good but I say give them a chance. I know I will order again and I feel confident that if a problem arises they will help me to the best of their abilities.

Terrible company, stay away! Ordered two item one is pre-order second says ships 6-10 business days haven’t received an item in 3 plus week, emailed them them address only pre-order item who k I wasn’t even asking about, that I called the worst possible representative who can barely talk clearly, told me that we try to ship all items together which is complete scam and it states on the web that non pre-order items ships within 6-10 business days. So I asked to speak with a manager the guy put me on hold that hang up.

Don’t even get me started on this company I ordered a suction cup plushie and a doll in Oct of 2024. After I ordered items all of a sudden they are saying pre ordered which it didn’t say they when I ordered them. Finally it said items will be in stock first quarter of 2025 and guess what the suction cup plushie is in but they refuse to ship it without the other item! Which is bullshit! They need to suck up the shipping and ship the one item that is in stock! Now the doll has been pushed back to 3rd quarter which is July-September this is unacceptable! Items were almost 100.00 total and they were suppose to be a Christmas gift for my step daughter! And to top it off the only communication with them is email which is crap! I will never buy from them again! I feel scammed! And have stated that in several emails!

Never ever order from this trash company unless you want to wait over an entire year to get a defected piece of garbage merchandise that the local art class could’ve done for you. I waited 13 months for just a simple package of 2 plushies, and when they finally arrived, after absolutely no updates or shipping emails, I only received HALF of my package that I ordered. I ordered a bundle with 2 plushies and only 1 arrived, while both were under the same order id and tracking number, so i had no way of knowing what in the world was happening with the other part of my order. This company is so unprofessional that it is unbelievable, and I will absolutely never buy from them again. It’s a shame. They used to actually be pretty decent. PS. No response from support about my package as of yet. I really don’t care anymore but I will be contacting a lawyer for the business malpractice if you don’t atleast get back to me soon. Shame shame.
Pre orders are a scam
Pre orders are, I believe, a scam. Took almost 6 months before I jumped through a bunch of hoops to get my money back. I have pre ordered PLENTY of items over time from other vendors and this was just ridiculous. They kept pushing the time back further and further. Pre orders should not take that long. It wasn’t some custom piece. It was a mass produced item.
NEVER EVER DO A PRE-ORDER
NEVER EVER DO A PRE-ORDER - YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED. I placed a preorder last September and I am still waiting for it. The cost was $150 and I feel cheated. Meanwhile, the company is still stealing money from people - the item is sill listed on the website. I have nearly 150 figures from the company and now feel cheated to the point I will not recommend the company, ever again.
UPDATE, April 7th. I was offered and accepted a full refund. One should not have to resort to being nasty in order to receive decent customer service. BTW, the date of availability was not originally shown on the website.

Defective Product & Useless Customer Service
The item they sent had 2 very noticeable defects. I immediately e-mailed them upon receipt of the item and not only requested an exchange, but made them aware the defects would not come off. I also sent photos. Their response was that the defects were dirt and would come off by cleaning the item. They also confused the item I received with another one of their products that is currently a pre-order item and hasn’t even shipped yet!
They don’t even know their own products and clearly don’t read consumer e-mails. Avoid Kidrobot!

Great Customer Service
I was nervous because my package hadn’t shipped yet and emailed them and they notified me about the preorder process when buying a bundle, reassured me, told me the estimated shipping date, and sent me a follow up email once the package shipped (without me even asking for that). I felt like they had very good customer service! I’m excited for the package to arrive so I can gift it to my sister!

I placed two orders
I placed two orders. One was sent to me right away and came in perfect condition. The second was a pre-order. It said it would take a few months to receive while waiting for the order to be fulfilled. I ordered in November and forgot about the order. I remembered mid-February. I messaged and they messaged right away. They let me know they received the package and was ready to ship and I would receive it in a few weeks. I received it and the doll is perfect. The customer service was super helpful and kind with quick response time. Will definitely order again!

Customer service is so incredibly bad
Customer service is so incredibly bad, practically nonexistent. They sent me the wrong item (and left another item off my order), and then never attempted to make it right until I disputed the charge on my credit card. They then just kept asking me to close the dispute, while they hadn't done anything to resolve the situation (i.e., send me the correct item, accept the order back for a refund, etc.). Finally they sent the correct item, but they sent it to the wrong address. All this and I still don't have my daughter's Christmas present, over a month later. Literally one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had.

Every transaction I have ever made in my life I have always had constant communication about where my product was that I've bought. This company does not communicate any what so ever. Even when I tried to find out what happened to my item I was left in the dark. I only received word after my product arrived, why is that? You guys need to work on your communication skills with your customers. But even still the item I bought was really awesome!

Delivered Quickly - Cool unique collectible
Ordered a 20th Anniversary Dunny for my Vinyl Figures Collection and it was delivered within 10 days. Great quality. Box slightly knicked/scratched but overall positive experience with very cool product.

Simply AVOID KIDROBOT!!!
I placed a Christmas order on 12/18/24. The website stated everything would arrive in time for Christmas. I spent $111 which for my family is a lot. I understand that isn't a huge amount for some. Days went by, no update or anything. Not until I wrote to customer service did I get any information. So they stated that the items were mailed 12/20/24. DHL stated that it was 12/23/24. It is currently 01/02/25. It is still not here and now apparently USPS is waiting for it to preform the final delivery. I know for a fact that if this company had put all my items into a flare rate priority box from USPS it would have cost them less and I would have had my items if not right before Christmas a day or two after. My kids were looking forward to getting their presents on Christmas. But instead they got a lousy I.O.U! This company doesn't have any phone number to call, so you are forced to email them. Then it takes weeks for someone to actually get back to you! All round horrible experience! Now I have to worry if we are even going to get what I actually ordered!!
Never received my order. Customer service does not respond.
EDIT 1/1/25: I received the case of blind boxes as part of my order. I was to receive 2 additional blind boxes since I pre-ordered, which has not come yet. Customer service did not respond to my emails, but apparently the order was fulfilled. Great products, but still not a fan of their customer service, hence the -1 star.
I placed a pre-order for a case of blind boxes on June 15th 2024. November 5th I received an email saying that my item was shipped. I was to receive the blind box case of 25, 2 special blind boxes, and a gift with purchase. The only item that was delivered was the gift with purchase. I emailed customer service several times throughout the month of December and did not receive one reply. Whatever new customer service provider they're using is completely ineffective. I've lost total trust in this company to fulfill basic shop transaction duties. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. I'm certain now that the Kidrobot I once knew several years ago is NOT the same and is likely a scam site now.
