An order I made has taken months to ship and they keep promising it will be shipped soon, but they just keep breaking this promise. If you order from them, don't expect them to reply as I often have to chase this up and don't expect them to ship your item, at least not in any respectable timescale.
Absolute gamble buying online
There is absolutely no communication and shipping takes forever. Products are typically great and high quality, but there’s been a few occasions where items arrived damaged. I’ve never had something not arrive, but it still feels like a gamble purchasing from Kidrobot’s website. Buyer beware!

Absolute garbage company. I bought 3 plush dolls January 12, 2024. The Don't Hug Me I'm Scared collection. I finally received them July 15, 2024. 6 months later, this company is incompetent. DO NOT EVER TRUST OR BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! I would rate 0 stars if i could. there is no excuse for the delay. this item was on the shelves of Spencer's in February, so i don't want to hear any preorder excuses.

Inexcusable shipping times
Ordered something in May, shipped to a friend who was going to meet me in Japan a couple of months later. Should get there in plenty of time I said. It's July, there's been zero update on this item --which is IN STOCK-- having shipped. Terrible, terrible company that's gone seriously downhill.
Poor service. Still waiting after 3 months
Ordered dhmis plushies a month ago to the UK but they still haven’t sent them out and I keep getting a standard email when I enquire, stating they have arrived to their warehouse and are being processed to their inventory. No explanation for the delay when the items are in stock on their website. Very poor service. The birthday I bought them for is long gone so I can only hope they arrive by Christmas but won’t hold my breath.
To update: it is now over 3 months since I ordered and still not been shipped.
Update: order placed 1st June. Order received 23rd September. Many emails sent along with messenger. Most replied to with generic responses. I even had to email about the tracking which suggested that it has not been passed to the courier for 2 weeks and only updated once I had chased them. Very poor service.

I would rate zero if I could. Ordered item June 2. It's an in stock item. Wanted for my little brothers birthday. He won't see it. They don't respond to emails either. Have to file a complaint with PayPal.
Incompetent business practices
Like so many others, I would like to add to the chorus of people saying please do not order from this company. They have nice products but are simply incompetent at running an online business. I preordered something six months ago, finally got a "your item has shipped!" email, and a month later, the USPS status on the tracking number is "your package has not been delivered to us yet." Customer service is non-existent. Please save your money and do not order from here!

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered 115.00 worth of stuff back in September of 2023 and never received my order. I emailed them back once and got a reply of its because they were "pre orders". Now it's been 7 months later and still nothing. Emailed them stating I wanted a refund. Amd never heard back.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from KidRobot. The company is a joke. I placed an order in October for something supposedly shipping in Q4. We're in April now with still no idea when/if it's going to come. I emailed them to cancel and refund the order. They said "no". I'm going to dispute through my credit card.
If you're months past when you were to receive your order, do a chargeback/dispute with your credit card provider ASAP. The window on being able to do that closes eventually.

Terrible company to deal with. Will not respond to emails. Terrible customer service. I am having the same issue as many of the previous complaints already posted. My situation has now been going on for over five months now! Do not buy from them. They do not care about their customers!!!

Thieves! I paid for an original Cartman and received a cheap knockoff, at first i thought i have been ripped off by DHL because product had a Kidrobot barcode sticker, but the plush had no sewn label and the buttons of the jacket were in the wrong side, not even in line, and when i checked with them they tried to fool me telling it was a variation. Hope they go bankrupt soon, shady and fraudulent “company”.
Kidrobot slaps "pre-order" on items as am excuse not to send out product
I am so irritated with Kidrobot at this point its not even funny!!! I placed my order almost a YEAR AGO AND STILL HAVE YET TO HAVE MY ORDER FULFILLED!!!! I understand one of my items was a pre-order but all you guys keep doing is pushing back the date. I want a refund at this point!!! This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS that I've been out all this money ($187.86) for almost a year with nothing to show for it!!! Cancel my order and refund my money!!! You guys are BAD BUSINESS!!! Stealing customers money and holding on to it for a year without providing merchandise or a service. You guys ought to be ashamed smh.

I ordered from kidrobot for the first time in Nov 18, 2023. The order went through fine, but it never moved past “order placed”. It is now dec 7, 2023 and after two emails with NO responses, they gave me only a partial refund. I didn’t ask for a refund, I just wanted to know the status of my order to see if they could hurry it along. The item they refunded is still in stock on the website, and not a pre order. No one emailed me back to explain the situation, my order was partially cancelled with no explanation. There is still one item in the order that has NOT MOVED and at this point I don’t even want it since it was going with the item they canceled. I’ll be contacting my bank for the rest of my money.

Non-kid friendly... robbed & ghosted!
On May 3, 2023 I excitedly placed an order SIX MONTHS in advance for my only grandchild's 5th birthday coming up November 9th. She's dressing up as one of the characters. However, to date there is no delivery, no refund, no reply! Nothing! Not a single professional courtesy response to my emails! Definitely does not care about kids or customers.
Wrong dates on zodiac label.
If there were zero stars - I would give zero stars. I bought a Hello Kitty Cancer stuffed animal at Circus Circus in Las Vegas and it was pricey but I am a collector of Hello Kitty items so I decided to pay $57 for a stuffed animal. The dates are wrong. July 21st - July 22nd is NOT the zodiac dates for Cancer. I reached out to the company through Twitter (no response). I reached out on Facebook and was finally given the correct email address. When they finally responded I was told that there was NOTHING they could do and that I would have to go back to the merchant for a refund.
Kidrobot sent out a defective item and they refuse the correct the issue.
