Ordered 3 items, sent 1 item

Pre-ordered something in February. Waited until May when they were in stock on the website. Emailed kidrobot to see if my 3 items would be shipping soon, they said yes. 1 day later receive tracking number from kidrobot, which says "UPS" but it is a USPS tracking number. Package arrives today, and only 1 item out of 3 are inside while the packing slip and email say all 3 were shipped. Terrible company

If I can give a 0 star I would. Like the other reviews this company is a complete scam. “Preordered” 2 things 6 months ago and still have not received it. Emailed them and they say they have a no return policy and have no idea when the item will arrive. Not sure how they get away with essentially what is stealing.

Looks like I am not the only one who’s ordered something and got nothing in return. They aren’t responding to my messages for help. I’ve emailed them, reached on FB, and plan to possibly call. I’m getting nowhere. They took my money and never delivered. That’s called a scam and it’s illegal. My son is very upset.

Missing Items in Order No Company Response!

I placed an order in November for preorder items and they shipped it in December, except only half the items were sent. Contacted customer service for my missing items and they replied with a vague email that they contacted their warehouse to issue replacements, will receive email when they're shipped, whitelist their email. Okay that was find the first time around until I wasn't getting any updates 2 weeks and so forth so I send a follow up email; no response. I reached out to their Twitter where they asked for my order info and coincidentally a few minutes later get an email follow with the same exact format: they contacted their warehouse to issue replacements, will receive email when they're shipped, whitelist their email. Still no information on WHEN my items will be replaced. Tried following up to ask for a refund or give me my items and get no responses. I've gotten a total of 3 email replies from them with the same exact words yet no updates. It's been 4 months now and I haven't received or heard back from them except for their promotional emails spamming my inbox. Will probably be going through my bank soon.

Scammers! Charge you but don’t ship anything

Scammers. They stole money from me for a large order placed in May 2022. Because I’m in the UK they wouldn’t respond to any messages. Their UK fulfilment centre is GlobalShopEx who kept saying my order would arrive end of 2022 then also stopped replying. My order didn’t arrive. They kept my money. Kid Robot is not the company it once was. Avoid - they deserve legal action being taken for the number of people they’ve done this to. UPDATE: after getting my bank involved, they delivered most of my May 2022 order in late March 2023. The quality of the Garfield plushies was poor. They aren’t the kind of quality you usually get from Kid Robot, and the tags also don’t mention Kid Robot which is unusual for their exclusive items. It’s been a horrible experience and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Delivering wrong packages/ terrible costumer service

ordered a hello kitty from their website and received and patrick star . Even the shipping information said i was supposed to receive a hello kitty . When you try to email them they don’t answer you . when you try to text them on instagram they don’t answer you . I paid 46$ for something i didn’t order . This company is committing fraud by not delivering their packages correctly. do not order from this company. you might as well burn the money you’re about to spend instead .

Ordered and paid for some Kidrobots to be delivered to the UK for Christmas. Nearly 4 weeks later and apparently it’s still not been processed. I honestly thought that ordering direct from these guys would mean good service and how wrong was I. Money taken and nothing absolutely nothing

I'm in the same boat as all of you (not shipping my order, not refunding my money, ignoring my requests for help). YOU HAVE LEGAL RECOURSE. Kidrobot is legally commiting fraud by establishing a pattern of not fulfilling their orders in the stated timeframe (or at all). See § 18-5-301. Colorado (where kidrobot is based) has a website for reporting fraud. The fed also has your back... Google the Federal Merchandise Rule.

Do not pre order

Do not pre order, your items will never arrive and they have no refund. If you want your money back, you need to do a chargeback from your credit card.

Unbelievably bad customer service

I have been in “contact” with them for months. The produced is an absolutely horrible product and refuse to do anything about it. It’s now been over a month with no response and they are just ignoring me. It’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Had an issue with a Plush vibrating…

Had an issue with a Plush vibrating Godzilla that the motor fried out and potentially could have started a fire. Contacted customer service, they said thanks and that it was a “unique” occurrence?!? No help at all with a replacement or even a credit for a new one. NECA and Kidrobot your customer service BLOWS

Rude and incompetent support

Rude and incompetent support. Since international delivery is very difficult, I ordered within the USA via a package forwarding service. My order was classified as high risk. And then cancelled. I previously wrote an email that was never answered. I would not recommend ordering here.

Awful customer service

Placed an order for a $200+ item and received the wrong item. Sent an email to ask for a replacement and it’s been over 2 weeks with two “we’re working on it” emails and still no resolution. I’m so disappointed that it’s taking this long to send the correct item to me. Their customer service needs improvement

Worst online store ever!

Poor customer service response. Poor shipping time. They can't keep up and just shouldn't offer selling online. Very lousy and inferior service. Shipping should be free for a service that is very incompetent! So unfair that they let buyers pay shipping fees for an almost a month long delivery! Never buy online with these rip-offs! Never again will I do business with this brand. The management is crap.

No product, no goodwill and awful policies

Ordered three items, mainly one but took two extra cheap products to get free shipping.

Waited for them to ship out but I figured the pandemic circumstances delayed the shipping even though several weeks had passed without a sign. After nearly seven weeks I received an e-mail telling me I was going to ge a refund for the main product from my order. Eh, ok...why?

Got no explanation from them about why.

Since the extra two products that was left from my order was not of any more interest due to their refund I asked for them to cancel the rest of the order. They replied that one cannot cancel any orders due to their policies (which customers are forced to accept before checkout) because of limited items and people scamming etc. But themselfs are allowed to scam their customers in believing products that looks available and pay in advance for in fact are not available and will let you know this almost two months after placing an order?

What kind of policies are that and where the h*** is the goodwill in that?!

If I had a company, especially receiving this much bad reviews, I would put in some effort in making my customers satisfied for them to return. I would not take money for any product not available and if that mistake still would occur I would take action and responsability for my company's mishandling and let that customer cancel the order.

This became more of a problem since I also used a shipping forward service to Europe and just waited for this order to be shipped, as the last purchase to be consolidated with other purchases. I even had to pay extra for extra storage days due to the late shipping Kidrobot did.

So, pft, even though I like several collaborations Kidrobot have with Sanrio/Hello Kitty etc. I will never ever order from them again. It is definitely not worth the trouble. And I will never recommend them to any of my friends, quite the opposite.

Such bad policies and lack of goodwill will hopefully make them lose customers, bit by bit - if they don't come to sense and make some changes.

Shipping Options are Misleading to Force paying more - Frauuuuud

Shipping to canada is fraud. Their warehouse is in san Francisco. Anything shipping to Canada under $140 is duty free. You have the option to include duties and tax or not in your shipping.

first off, they are trying to charge $90 dollars for shipping of a two tiny figurines worth $80 if you choose not to include duty and tax. If you choose to "pay duty and tax in advance" they split up the 80 between two different charges (one for shipping, one for duty and tax) but still charge the same.

In my province, tax is 13%, and this is under $140 so there is no duty. Sounds an awful lot like fraud to me - making people think if they pay the full $80 they'll have $30+ to pay (when they really only would have $10 in tax). Sure the FTC would like to hear about this.

They sent me the wrong item

They sent me the wrong item. The item sent was even cheaper than what I paid for. Contacted them. They said they will send the correct item. Three weeks passed and I received nothing. I emailed them multiple times to see what was going on and have gotten no response.

Pre-ordered a Kozik item in April 2021

Pre-ordered a Kozik item in April 2021. They said it would ship in 2nd Quarter 2021. Then they changed it to August 2021, then 3rd Quarter 2021, Then First Quarter 2022, now they say First or Second Quarter 2022. Can't get refund, can't switch item for something else. Total disregard for customers. It's a shame, I have been following Frank Kozik since he was putting out music on Rise Records, but now I won't have anything to do with him or the other "people" who work for KidRobot.

My advice, pre-order nothing from them and if they say it is in stock, cross your fingers you actually get it.

WRONG PLUSHIE CLICK OFF THE WEBSITE

they gave me the wrong plushie and the box it was delivered in came in clear duct tape and it was only one layer of tape so anyone coudlve opened it and stole or swapped my package but they sent me some other ugly plushie probably why no one wanted mine so if you want to order a plushie dont or anythin, dont order on kidrobot go somewhere else, it seems like they scam for your money and dont give you the right products so, let me save you and click off this website right now, its not worth it to go through what i had to go through.
