I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have NO GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS, even though they are all paid in full.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

It is Now December 19th, I purchased a large amount of GIFTS and ONLY received completely HALF of a several thousand dollar purchase. So I have no gifts for my family. ALL I GET IS FALSE PROMSIES. I SENT ALL THE PICS AND DID EVERYTHNG YOU ASKED FOR, WHY CAN’T YOU?

Don’t waste your money they send you…

Don’t waste your money they send you the wrong items and don’t answer any email to rectify your order. Worthless customer service. On the other hand the items they got right are quite nice. Slooooooooow shipping from China, it may have been on a boat.

A positive experience ordering from this company.

I ordered two South Park plushies (Christmas Cartman and Reindeer Kenny) on 17th November 2024, both were delivered today (14th December 2024) to the UK.
After reading some negative reviews about the company I was a bit worried my parcel wouldn't arrive. I emailed the help section to ask if the parcel was despatched and received a reply from "Michelle" within a couple of days to confirm it was shipped.
Overall, my experience has been a positive one and I'm grateful it was delivered in time for Christmas. Thank you Kid Robot 🙂

horrible customer service just save ur money!!!! 0/10!!!

I pre-ordered the Upside-Down Spider-Man Phunny Plush Window Clinger and the Killer Klowns from Outer Space Shorty Phunny Plush on JULY 12, because it was a bday gift for my bf i emailed kidrobot asking for an estimate on the delivery since it was a pre-order n they said around aug-sep. in their OWN WORDS:

“We will be shipping your order in August - September but we are working on a better estimate for you.
We'll send you a tracking notification once it has shipped.”

it is now December. ive sent multiple emails asking about my order and if i could just cancel it bc its ridiculous atp and they have ignored all of my emails and i cant even log into my account anymore!!!! this is the first time ive had issues with kidrobot but from here on out i will NOTT be buying again their customer service is a fkin joke id save ur money before they scam u🙄

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while…

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and never had any issues until my most recent order. It was supposed to be in stock but ended up taking over a month to arrive. That said, I’m still a big fan of their stuff and hope they fix their shipping time. Their customer service team eventually sent me with tracking information.

Waiting one year now with nothing but lost $$$

I ordered a pre-order item in October 2023 that was supposed to ship that quarter, and yep - I'm still waiting, one year later. For months they refused to consider a refund, up until a few weeks ago when I said I was opening a PayPal dispute. They told me they processed my refund request and to watch for my refund within 5-7 business days. When I didn't see anything 2 weeks later, I asked about what happened, and I was told sorry - the refund window closed, but we can issue you a store credit or a check, but we can't give you any timeline about when the check might arrive. Keep in mind, this is 12 months after I placed this order. This is completely unethical and an obvious attempt to delay returning my money, even though they have kept it for one year with no product delivered. It's epic fraud.

I saw so many bad reviews and…

I saw so many bad reviews immediately regretted my purchase tried to cancel and I couldn't. But, great news is the items came in a timely manner and they are exactly as described. Better than expected. My son is really happy with them. Hopefully this company is on the up and up.

But mine was really good. I ordered an expensive sculpture for a buddy of mine for his birthday only to come to find out that he already bought it for himself lol.
I looked up the return policy and it’s really hard to return some things so I just emailed them and they immediately canceled my order and refunded me pretty sweet and unexpected

Long wait, but worth it

Despite the terrible wait time, took almost 2 months, I had a great experience with their customer service person. I had a ton of questions and they were able to keep me updated.

I was pretty happy once the items finally arrived.

I actually had a great experience

I actually had a great experience. Took quite a time to come but I am used to that with these types of things. I emailed twice and the second time a nice lady made sure it was sent out right away. Once it left the warehouse I didn’t have to wait too much longer for a delivery by Royal Mail. Works great too

If you can, don't buy from them.

Awful awful company.

I ordered the dhmis plushies and it was shipped, and then returned to Kidrobot without my knowledge. I never got an email telling me it shipped, and apparently the package got returned for a problem in the address, although it's the address I use for every online shops and I never had problems...
I thought it was just a one time thing so I got a refund and ordered em again. Same gosh darn thing happened, this time for a package problem or whatever, I don't remember exactly, I just know it wasn't the same reason. I again asked for a refund and they obliged.
I ordered a con exclusive shirt in July, and it was supposed to ship in August, we're now in late September and still NOTHING. I sent an email to kidrobot, then two, before they answered, simply apologising for the delay and telling me it would ship soon, which they did before, when I voiced my concern by email in the end of August.

Seriously this is probably the worst experience I've had with an online retailer, don't buy from them. I don't know about the other stuff but if you want the DHMIS plushies just order them from Bigbadtoystore.

Please don't make the same mistake as I did and order from this website. I ordered on 30th of May and the only thing this company managed to do so far is provide a tracking number that is stuck on its way to the sorting facility for almost 2 months now. Granted they only did that after I opened a PayPal case. I think I've now written six E-Mails to "customer service" and haven't gotten ANY response. This is by far the absolute worst online-shopping experience I've made so far and I hope that these criminal proceedings will get punished eventually.

If I could put ZERO stars, I would but obviously I wouldn't be able to write a review.
Where do I begin?
Oh how about how they never got back to me about a package that was returned to their facility due to insufficient address. I emailed them about 10 times and they responded with the same thing. That it was "delivered", yes it was but back to KidRobot.
Not to mention that their customer service phone number is NOT IN SERVICE. I attempted to call on different days at different times and absolutely no luck.
To make matters worse, they have their social media team posting every other day about products. But APPARENTLY they will not respond to their Help emails and their phone number doesn't work.
This yells SCAM.

Bad Customer Service

I made my order on July 3. I paid for it, and I was waiting for so long to receive my order. I sent the email, but no one replied my email. They don’t have Customer Service Phone on their website.
Then I tried to send my email again, then they said they would send out the order. For almost 2 months, on September 30, I received my order. I had ordered 10 toys, but today I received only 7 toys.

We ordered items several months ago so that they would arrive in plenty of time for our son’s 13th birthday, they still haven’t arrived and they will not respond. I think it may be a scam at this point and we aren’t going to receive the items. Highly recommend not ordering from here. This is not normal. We order from Amazon and eBay all the time and have never had an issue like this. Save your money!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM KIDROBOT

SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered 3 months ago and can no longer get a response from their customer support in reference to my order. This product was and still is in stock that I ordered over 3 months ago & they have done nothing but lie to me over emails. They’ve ultimately stopped replying after I requested a refund. A common theme you’ll see in all their latest reviews. I’ve opened a case with PayPal to get my money back and they decided to add tracking for the order. But guess what? THE TRACKING WAS ONLY ADDED TO STALL THE CASE. 9 days since the tracking was generated and the shipping company still hasn’t received the item. Absolutely disgusting the way this company treats their customers. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM KIDROBOT!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, IGNORE YOU & NEVER SEND YOUR ITEM YOU PAID FOR!!!
