Placed an oreder whis this people, for a kids magnetic bord and a snuggle otter, they send a crap magnetic bead board, and a key chain instead of snuggle otter, after 100 mails asking them for a replacement or refund, they stopped replying my emails and no return lable or refund made. So dont waste your money on this, as its a scam company

Scam website. As with all he other reviews, placed an order that never arrived 3 months on still trying to get a refund but they keep reflecting.

I ordered from kidshive on the 25th of June 2025 I still haven’t received it 3 months later haven’t heard anything from them wouldn’t recommend buying from this site definitely a scam

They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered soft play for my 1 year old birthday back in June. 3 weeks later I contacted them and was told it was in transit but delayed. Then emailed again and was told it was definitely on transit and would be with us any day. Now here we are nearly 4 months later and they don't respond to emails, order has never arrived and I'm without soft play and my money. Disgusting !

Awful! Ordered in August, it’s now almost October and no sign of my item being delivered. Emailed over 10 times and 0 response!! Where is my refund or delivery?!

Very disappointed as goods ordered in May still have not arrived.(Now September). I have requested a refund several times but still not received this either. I have requested the refund again today but won't hold my breath. I would never order from this company again.

Scam company. Charged for a product that they claimed was delivered. Never arrived and had no proof of delivery. Replied to 1 email before ghosting me entirely and now apparently they dont exist? Unable to get refund.

I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient everything was. The order went through instantly, I got clear notifications, and the delivery was faster than expected. The items looked just like the pictures and felt premium. Overall, a very positive shopping experience.

Please do not use this website, complete scam. Sadly it’s false advertising, you don’t receive the branded item you are believed to be purchasing. You receive a cheap version from China. Led down a garden path that I would be refunded, to be not replied to and the money never received. They don’t return emails or contact forms and the number is duff.

Do not buy from this site. The product I ordered took ages to arrive and was then different i.e. poorer quality and not as described. I contacted the company and got a very apologetic email saying a replacement would be sent. However, it never was sent and I heard nothing else from the company, despite chasing. Fortunately I was able to get a refund via my credit card provider. This is likely a scam site

From browsing to delivery, the entire process was seamless. My order was processed right away, and the tracking updates were spot-on. The products arrived in excellent shape, and the quality was even better than I anticipated. Highly recommend!

SCAM avoid at all costs they take the money but you will not get your order or a response from this company regarding your order ! Absolute disgrace

Site looked amazing and professional was happy to be getting cheaper bits for Christmas but Waited 6 weeks for my items to arrived, never received any emails of order confirmation but money was taken from bank, phone number engaged always, no reply to emails luckily have started a charge back
