Like others there was no tracking, I was strung along and lied to. Promised a refund I never got. This is not a legitimate company and needs to be shut down.
Been wasting my time chasing answers since June and it’s September.

Order placed 13 July, email a few days later saying the items had been dispatched. No tracking information available. Still haven’t received my items. I have sent multiple emails to the company however no reply.

I have made and order and never received my item got in touch with customer support they asked me for m bank details and I never heard from them again and never received my refund either. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Scam company

Scam company, do not purchase. I ordered a playmat that was cheap, but not unbelievably, and the website looked professional. However, I never received the item and after many emails back and forth over months, I was given different foreign tracking links and eventually told that my order had been delivered, when it hadn’t. After multiple requests for a refund, with responses that ‘it is being processed’ and they are ‘busy’, I eventually contacted by bank and got a refund that way. AVOID.

This has been such a pleasant experience. The discounts were impressive, delivery was prompt, and the items exceeded my expectations in both quality and packaging. Definitely recommending to friends.

Placed an order on 25th June

Placed an order on 25th June. It is now 17 Sept and the parcel has still not arrived. I was, after multiple emails, told they would "process your refund on our end immediately" on 22 Aug. Still no parcel or refund. They assured me that they were a genuine company, not scammers, but a genuine company would have given me a refund by now.

Avoid, site is a scam

I ordered a Foldable Thick Baby Play Mat (£14.49) on 19/05/2025. A few days later, Kindshive sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them about returning it and receiving the correct one, they assured me that I could keep the incorrect item and that they would send the right one. At first, I thought this was excellent service.

Unfortunately, since then, my experience has been very disappointing. Despite emailing them 3–4 times, the only replies I received were vague apologies, claiming that their team was working on it and that a refund would be arranged “as soon as possible.” Now, almost two months later, I have followed up with another three emails asking why the refund is taking so long—but I have received no response at all.

To make matters worse, the contact number listed on their website does not work, leaving me with no reliable way to reach them. At this point, I feel I have been ignored and misled. I strongly caution others to avoid this company, as their practices feel dishonest and untrustworthy

Avoid this company!!

Avoid this company!!! Order placed 7th July, told it was dispatched 11th July then a few weeks later when I hadn't received it turned out it hadn't been dispatched. Eventually sent using Evri and supposedly delivered on 4th August but not to my house. Received no updates from Evri as you would normally and when I tried to find out where it had been delivered to Evri could not help me as tracking number did not correspond to my postcode. Appears I have either been given wrong tracking number or parcel had wrong address on and has been delivered elsewhere. Emailed company who have promised to chase it up with Evri but never get back to me. Have now started to ignore my emails. Have had to request refund via credit card company.

Do not order! Avoid!!

Placed an order back in July and it still hasn’t turned up. No reply to any emails I’ve sent, if you’ve also had this issue please call your bank and report the payment as fraudulent, they should refund it.
I’m about to do this on Monday, hope this helps anyone else.

ALL THEY WILL DO IS KEEP LYING TO YOU THAT THEY HAVE SENT IT BUT NEVER DO. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND BACK SINCE MAY WE ARE NOW IN SEPTEMBER AND THEY ARE STILL LYING TO ME SAYING THEY SENT IT BUT MY BANK HAS TO RELEASE, IT DOESNT EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE BUT I ASKED FOR A REFERENCE NUMBER AND THEY CANNOT PROVIDE IT BECAUSE THEYRE LYING TO ME. THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME THE RIGHT TOY AND ALSO SEND ME MY REFUND SCAM OF A COMPANY

Appalling Customer Service

I received the wrong item, which was a lot cheaper and inferior to the item ordered. This happened several months ago and despite many emails I have not received the correct item or a refund.
When I first brought the error to their attention they were very apologetic and told me to keep the item received and the correct item would be sent out as soon as possible. I followed up several times and received a response informing me the correct item would be sent and thanks for my patience. Interestingly having requested a refund I am now receiving no response 😕 “Mary”, who I suspect is AI is the contact who was responding initially.
