I am quite disappointed with the quality of the pads. Unfortunately, they don’t absorb well at all. In fact, they are quite water resistant. Because of this, period is often leaking pass the pad and onto the legs. I had less trouble with leaking before I started using them than after. They seem to be made out of polyester, which obviously doesn’t absorb well. When I put mine under water I noticed that the water slides right off it.
I gave these a go after seeing them online. Had checked here for reviews first and found only one but decided to go for it. I am so glad I did. I ordered pads both for myself and the teen set for my daughter. They are well made, more than fit for purpose and are so soft and comfortable. Really pleased.

Purchasing the products is simple and easy, website it built with customer ease in mind.
The products, what can I say other than outstanding. The pads are extremely comfortable, and very absorbent. There is no irritation at all, I was a little paranoid the first few times as felt like i wasn’t wearing anything, but this soon went away.
I’ve tried all the pads, the only ones I have that I don’t use are the regular, I don’t feel they’re long enough for me. They are absolutely the same quality as the rest though but just not for me, and that’s okay ☺️
You’ve recently brought out the night time pads which are amazing. You really are thinking of it all.
I’ve also tried a number of heat products, and I can honestly say the heat soothie is the best. Other products wear off after a short period of time, but this doesn’t. I can’t say if it does last the full 12 hours, but it probably does. As an example of how good it is I put one on at 8am and it’s still hot at 6pm. Which is perfect for when you’re working. They are very discreet and I wouldn’t change to another product.
Now onto customer service, what can I say other than you have employed staff who value customers and the company. You reply very quickly, the responses are personalised and honestly come across genuine and caring. I know I’m speaking to someone who cares and isn’t sending a generic response.
I love this company from start to finish and I will continue to be loyal.
